Once it was controlled, we moved to quarterly for maintenance. The crew has been extremely professional every visit. I dont know how they spend all day crawling around in basements and they still have a bright white, clean shirt on when they knock.Ive met three of the technicians now and all three have provided a clear explanation of our situation, what treatments have been done, and what to expect.
