They do not take walk ins due to Covid. Called and was given same day apt. Tina did an amazing job. My nails are beautiful. Only thing worth mentioning is that they did not have gems of any kind and I was told that they only do very simple designs. However, this did not affect my number of stars because of how beautiful my nails turned out. I will be coming back.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Tina for at least 7 years now, probably longer. She does a fantastic job and her designs are beautiful! I’m always happy with my nails when I leave and the quality is amazing! I won’t go anywhere else!

Today was my first time at Koi Nails. I was impressed with their COVID practices and precautions in place and the salon was spotless. Suzi did a fantastic job with my pedicure. The staff was super friendly and engaging. I will definitely be back!

Tina was amazing! She did the length and shape I wanted and advised accordingly. I for an acrylic set with get polish and paid $48 and it was completely worth it! No wait at the door (I did have an appointment) and she was very kind and gentle with my hands. Her application of the acrylic and gel polish was very clean and precise! I will be returning again soon!

The atmosphere is awesome, they keep the salon very clean, and all the ladies are very nice. Tia is outstanding. Best nail salon in Howard County.

The shop is small but they have all the necessary equipment. Also it looks closed from the outside, making it hard to find. Make a reservation, Tina did a fantastic job she is super friendly. And can I say I love my nails !!

Love this place and keep visiting again and again. All of the technicians are so lovely and friendly. Everything is very clean and you are offered a drink as soon as you are seated. This a wonderfully relaxing place to spend an hour or two. They also have a very convenient online booking website, which works well.

I love Koi Nails. I’ve since moved farther away, but I make a point to drive over to get my pedicures there.Everyone is very friendly, and the complementary mimosas don’t hurt either.Just remember to bring cash for the tip!

Ive been going to this salon for over a year now and I love it. I originally found this salon online and appreciated that they have online appointment booking (so convenient and user friendly). They have a wonderful staff who are very friendly, a great selection of polishes and services. I never have to wait when I have an appointment and everyone is very efficient. I cant recommend this salon enough!

I have been going to Koi Nails regularly for a few months now. All of the staff are friendly, and the place is clean and doesn’t smell too strong of a nail salon. They take appointments which I love so I know I have my time and will be seen as soon as I arrive. I highly recommend Koi Nails!

Brand new to the salon, the two stars are for the 1 mimosa served. Their regular customers were taken care of right away! Not only did I get a mediocre job on nails but spent about 3 hours getting a mani and pedi, mostly waiting in between. Do not recommend.

Great place .. it was my first time and even though they were about to close .. they said one of them will stay over for me .. that was so nice of them since it was snowing outside and it was hard for me to come back next day .. so sweet ppl and did an amazing pedicure :)

My first time here was about a week ago and I wasn’t disappointed. The ladies were really friendly and welcoming. I did a full manicure and pedicure and the results were to die for. Ladies you should really try them out if you’ve never been here before.

I get my nails done here all the time and I absolutely love the service, environment, and the workers!! They are open, friendly and flexible to your schedule!! I plan on bringing my bridal party here to get some pampering done the day before!! I have been coming here since it opened and I would never go to another nail salon ever again!!

This nail salon has to be the best I have been to in years. They are alwasy personable when you enter. Fast. Makes appointments and are there to help you with them. I just got my nails done for a wedding and they looked fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone one that I know and I will continue to keep coming back.

Wow! The worst service ever. First, what kind of nail tech tells you the combination choice you made in nail polish looks like dirty water and that, you should have listened to them. I begged to differ and even the customer next to me said, she thought is looked nice. And then there was the ignorant comment made while doing my pedicure. She said, my nail was flaky and it looked like I had been sucking on my big toe. Another nail tech had to tell her that was not nice and for me to just ignore her. She made several comments despite what I said. The expression on the two customers faces beside me said it all. Very immature, unprofessional, disrespectful and just pure IGNORANT! Its obvious Tia has issues. I will take my business elsewhere.

Going back once a month. It was a pleasure to come to my appointment and be seen at my appointment time. No one interrupted us and my technician didnt have to stop doing me to start someone else. Make your appointment and go. I think all of the ladies are good. I had Susie but I love Tina T.Update 2020So this is coming from a cumulative review of the past 5 visits with different 3 techs.Im indifferent about writing this but I had to wait 3 out of 5 times and I had made my appointment. 2 times with Tina were fine but she is used to dealing with professional clients and i am not lo but she is amazing!The other 3 times i had to wait, was rushed through my pedicure, and another technician had to finish me because the one I had was busy or wanted to get to their other client on time not me. Today was the worst because I waited 15 minutes and was asked to go to another nail technician for my manicure because she was doing my brows. I opted for her thinking I need to find a new person to do me regularly because my tech is good but too busy for me and concerned about her other customers more than me.I have a scar on my foot now from where she cut too deep and didnt say anything about it and I feel that I am treated unfairly BUt it may just be with certain techs because I am not chatty nor do I get fancy styles or gel, and I am not your typical client because I am young and brown so definently the minority.I wont say dont go here but I will say pay attention because today was the last straw for me and the new nail lady did my brows great as I am still getting compliments but I will spend my $$$ somewhere I am ways valued no matter who takes care of me.Today really hurt my feelings but 3rd time is the charm.

I was looking for a nail place in Howard County since I was going to be in the area for the day. Yelp brought me here, and I am more than happy it did. I made an appointment on-line, and I was sent an e-mail and text reminder. Thanks!!! When I walked in, you can tell that this place loves their customers. The young lady called me by name, and it was my first time coming here. You would have thought that I was an VIP. Well, this is how they made me feel.I went to the pedicure chair, and Bertha ran the water, which was perfect. Then, she offered wine with my pedi. What?!?! Wine?! yes! please! The sweet red was a wonderful pairing with my pedicure. Oddly enough, this was the first time my manicurist has actually held a full conversation with me (I have been getting my nails done for the last 20 years). Bertha was so pleasant, and I liked getting to know her.Since I was late, I could only get the signature mani/pedi. This shop works solely on appointments, and they take it seriously. No waits here! If you are looking for the total experience with no wait and awesome wine, this is the place for you. My hands and toes look wonderful, and by boyfriend likes the work on my nails. I did ask her hours, and she is nights and weekends only. She did state that everyone is awesome here. I did notice that all the nail techs were friendly and outgoing.Needless to say, Bertha is my new found love!!!! I will travel the 30 miles for this customer service.
