Great place to get either a drive-thru car wash or wash it yourself. For $3 I got a 10 minute period to pre wash, wash, scrub, rinse and wax and post rinse my car. Using the high pressure washer it was very easy and the end result was a very clean car. They also have vacuum stations to clean the interior yourself.

Dolly’s is is a do it yourself car wash it’s safe it’s clean the only issue that I had is when you switch from plain water to soap it takes a good minute before the soap actually starts coming out and it’s the same thing when you switch from the rinse to the wax so I feel like they get you there especially when you’re paying by the minute other than that I have no actual complaints it’s a nice car wash it’s been around for quite some time if you want to go through the automatic car wash is usually high school age boys they’re always very courteous and polite. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Dollys car wash is great. It has an automatic drive thru wash or plentiful self service bays which I use. The self service bays offer power washing with lots of soap and scrub brush with soap..its great. A swipe of a credit card gives u a good amount of time. There are plentiful vacuums to clean you car out after a wash. Staff team members keep the place in good condition.

Im a car enthusiast, so I came here for the great reviews and the fact that they offer a touchless wash with an undercarriage cleaning. My cars dark paint is prone to swirl marks, so I got the deluxe touchless wash. The payment machine is a robot and it malfunctioned, so an employee had to get his boss to fix it. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would like to see changed is, maybe add signs for where to stop for the undercarriage cleaning? There was a big thing in the floor in the middle of the wash bay, I drove past it but then I realized maybe I should stop on top of it? So I reversed a little, I was pretty confused. I might wash my car at home next time because of this, so that I can be sure that I got everything as needed. But my car is clean, and it was well priced! Thanks!

The touchless auto wash is not good. I paid $10 for the deluxe wash, which is one step above the lowest grade wash. The wash itself was about 2mins, it was basically nothing but a water rinse. Afterwards, I ran my fingers along side the car, which left dirt marks. Do not waste your time or money on the touchless auto wash. Would post a picture of the dirt marks if I could.

Would be very careful if you have any tow hook covers on your bumper like my car did (2017 GTI)- went through the wash and came out with it knocked out of my bumper - came back and talked to the kids running the wash and did a walk through but it was long gone. Ended up costing over $100 for a replacement and painting it to match. This was my first and only time using this car wash and I don’t know if this was a freak occurrence but I will not be coming back.

Normally I dont pay for car washes but this one was quick, fun and easy. My daughter enjoyed the light show. I also appreciated the guy wore his mask when I paid for the carwash. It was contact less and he never had to touch my credit card.

I’ve used the open bay before for my own car but went today and got screamed at rudely after seeing our truck couldn’t fit in the bay we got that but very unprofessional will never be using again

I’ve used Dolly’s as my go-to car wash for 20+ years, having grown up in Ellicott City. I’ve spent the equivalent of a college education washing personal vehicles and work trucks at this location and was a satisfied customer... even recommending the location to others. Today, I was turned away after pulling into the full service bay (after already paying) because my tires were too wide apparently. Mind you, I’ve washed this exact vehicle no less than 100 times with the same wheels and tires. They refunded my card and I attempted to use the touchless wash, but the card reader is so antiquated that it wouldn’t accept my payment. They need to update their equipment and get with the times. Disappointed after so many loyal years of patronage.

Dollys has been the best car wash for many years. Ive tryed a few from Howard County to carroll county. Dollys always gets the wheels clean and the staff works hard to prep your car for the automatic wash. Solid 5 stars every time.

Worst car wash I’ve had ever. I get my car washed twice a month. Let me tell you this experience was horrible. I washed my car and I still had dirt on it. I asked for a second wash or refund to clean my car properly & I was told I have to pay for a second wash. I have pictures of my car after the wash & it looks the same as it did before I had it washed. Please don’t waste your time here.

My go-to car wash. I like to wash my car myself so I use their self-wash options. I dont find them to be stingy on the products in the self-wash bays. Soap and waxes are aplenty and I appreciate the option to only have to swipe my card once for plenty of time to wash. I have used the drive-thru wash option they have but it is my opinion that it needs to be updated. For the cost, a free car air freshener wouldnt hurt. Oh, and theres no subscription service (unlimited or numbered washes per month for a fee) at this location either. That being said, if you like self-washing your car on a nice, hot Saturday morning, this is your place!

What a pleasant gem tucked away off rt 40! I was actually looking for a full service car wash, to include the interior. I didnt realize it was exterior only until I was already in line. However, they did an excellent job. Please consider adding the interior component.

Car is nice and clean. At this point in time theyre not doing the insides of cars and understandably so. But the outside looks great.

I came here to do car wash. I asked if there is a monthly plan. They said there it is. I double checked if 20 dollars is for a month or for one time. They told me it’s for a month. After I paid, they told me there is no monthly plan. 20 dollars is for one time. You don’t need to do that for just 20 bucks.

Anybody else find that Hondas get swirls in their paint really easily? I tried the touchless wash here because my clear coat seems to scratch easily. Good news: no scratching. Bad news: not as clean as going through the regular wash, especially the wheels. So there are always trade-offs. Otherwise, no complaints. Ive been through their regular wash several times too and it does a good job. But I think if I used it on a regular basis my paint would need to be re-buffed after awhile. Or maybe Im just a little paranoid?

Great carwash! Clean and efficient...no lines when i stopped by on a Saturday afternoon.

Dollys is the local car wash location with bays for DIY or the full service automatic wash. DIY bays give about 8.5 minutes to do what you need. Depending on the level, you could get it done without having to pay for another 8.5 minutes. If not busy, you could do a hand wash in the bay. Vaccum and detail area are available. DIY bays take credit card or coins (cash), rest of services coins only with a coin changer available. Vaccum is $2 coins, prep before hitting the vaccum to keep feeding to a minimum.

I have been going to Dollys for a few years now after my old car wash spot closed. Everything is always working and the environment is quiet. No loud music blasting. The lot stays clean and the trash can are never full. Good prices for the services they offer. Dollys is definitely my car wash spot now!

Options for self washing or automated. Remember to bring quarters for the self vacuuming. They do have a change machine for money. I wish the self vacuuming machines took a debit card.

Well equipped for the purpose

The self serve is the best around, with many options for soap, foam, high pressure rinse, etc. The soft cloth is good too, but the dryer is not too good. You need to hand dry yourself, only reason not 5 stars.

Came at 8:30 on a Saturday morning was third car in full service line and it took 20 minutes to finally get car to start of wash line - only had one person working. He was very good but had no help. Not getting stuck in their line again.

Ive been coming here for 3 years and still havent found a better car wash in the area. I drive 35 minutes to come here now, as Ive moved out of EC. And its still worth it. The changing vacuum prices are a bit annoying but even despite that, this is the best car wash. Workers will easily give me change for big bills, and dont bother you when your washing your car. Everything consistently works, kudos!

Its quick, easy & one of only two that I will use. I used my card so I wouldnt have to keep stopping to put in money. I tried to go as quick as I could for fear of it being expensive but I was surprised at how inexpensive it was. I was expecting at least two or three times more than it was. They also have a machine to put floor mats in to be cleaned.

Took more money on a wash on the credit card than I used!!The wash itself was great, I had just washed my car the day before in Pennsylvania, but while in Maryland a flock of birds crapped all over my car. So I WAZED this place and the wash was nice.Being over charged, thats why you get 2 stars and not 5!! No minimum purchase signs to be found, no directions... different than mine at home so it was just rude to see a double bill.

There are not enough plastic buckets and a tap with water to rinse the rag when you wipe the car dry after washing and wipe the doorways .

Automatic car wash is pretty good. I go here often with all my vehicles. Self-sevice bays could use better lighting, especially overnight - maybe lights on the walls/corners of the bay instead of just center/ceiling lights -and the foaming brush isnt great. Hose it off first to get rid of dirt particles, and double check to make sure it doesnt leave a layer of soap scum or whatever on your paint.

This place is great! I go a lot and always get great service. They have multiple self service bays plus a brush wash lane and a brushless wash lane. Lots of room to park after and detail or vacuum your car. $2.00 (8 quarters) for the vacuum and you get plenty of time.

Good experience! At least cheaper than your typical car wash machines using those bays, plus you can do a more thorough job using a hand wash compared to an automatic wash.

First time here. Follow the signs on the cone lanes, use your common sense a bit and youll be fine. Did the auto soft cloth wash, easy process. Took my vehicle, it was extremely dirty. The 15 dollar wash left it nice and clean considering it was an automated wash. My only con is the drying process, make sure you have a micro fiber towel to dry off your car since the process will not dry it completely like any other automatic system. I will now use this business instead of the car washes at gas stations.

I can only review this as someone who uses the self-service bays. I hand-wash my car during off times, and only take advantage of the high pressure rinse setting. I like the offerings, but really ever only use the rinse setting, which counts down quickly when you are hand washing.

This is one of my favorite places to come get my car washed. Ive never gone to the self-wash or touch-less sides - as I dont think touch-less does a good job in general. But I think the brush side does a great job. They will pre-scrub your car for the hard spots before you go in so its clean. Its so nice when I dont have time to wash it myself because I never have to worry about it looking bad. The price is also decent! I always recommend people to go here.

It was tucked away almost hidden from normal traffic. The exterior wall was fast they had forgotten to shine my sidewall tires.

If your car is dirty after say a snow storm or two, avoid the touch less car wash. The Touch Less leaves your car just as dirty as it was before, does not get the wheels clean AT ALL and to make it worse, it has no drying capability. All of the for a min of $10.00.

My experience has always been good. I bring a bucket to hand wash my vehicle during the hours they are not busy and have not had a problem.

Do it yourself, touch less and brush car washes, along with vacuum cleaners. Reasonably priced. Have been going for years and never a problem.

Always does a good job. Protip: if youre doing the fully automated, attended wash, tip the guys an extra $5 or so. The work hard, do a better job on the pre-wash and are always glad to have a few extra $s in their pocket.

Long line? Go to the left and bypass everyone who is waiting for the brush car wash. Either go to the touchless car wash bay or burn some calories by doing it yourself in one of the self-serve bays. You are just driving around in a car.

Love this car wash. I just wish there was a dryer of sorts on the brushless automatic drive thru. The staff is really nice though and my car comes put super clean.

Soap all over side glass that didnt wash off and you can still see rd grime on front window didnt wash mirrors at all for 12 bucks for the ultimate ! I think theyre terrible my 9 yr old granddaughter could have done that good for the same money probiley better.
