They are not here anymore

I had bought a used car and needed it cleaned as it hadn’t been before it was sold to me. I set up a mobile appointment on their website and received confirmation. They were about an hour and a half late because they thought it was an in shop appointment. The guy that showed up was polite but I could tell he was not happy about being there. He told me he would take the car seats out and sit them off to the side so I that I wouldn’t have to take them into the house. Thinking back I realize I should’ve took them out myself but when he said he would I figured it wasn’t a problem. After he finished he told me it would be $50 more than originally told because the previous owner had a dog in the car. Overall, the car looks okay at a quick glance. Better than before but there are places that were missed on the inside and some wax left on the outside of the car. And he told me he couldn’t remove one car seat so he cleaned around it. I was surprised that he didn’t ask me to remove it so that he could complete the cleaning. So around that seat is still dirty and considering I paid $50 to remove dog hair it’s amazing that there’s still dog hair in there.

Horrible customer service. Purchased car detailing services through groupon. Called and scheduled appointment 2 weeks ago. On the day of the appointment the company was a no call no show. I called to confirm that I was still on the scheduled. Someone answered, asked me to hold and immediately hung up on me. I thought it was an error so I called back and they sent me to voicemail twice. Beware of this company as I wish I would have know prior to purchasing their services.

I had scheduled appointment with them twice, for both appointments they didn’t show up. First one I took off from work to be home ( they appointment I took was for them to come home and clean the car) and no one showed up so when I called them the guy said it’s raining you should have gotten an email about cancellation. I told them I didn’t and I let it go and rescheduled with them, so I had another appointment today at 10:00, and no one showed up. When I called them asking why, he hang up on me and won’t pick up my call. Please don’t waste your money on this place, they are fake.

I had to get an interior detail because of a fast food grease spill on my passenger seat. Elite Shine did an incredible job making the whole car look amazing as well as getting the stain out. Its like it never happened.

Took my 2018 Maxima in for the level 2 Ceramic Coating .... and WOW !!!!! At first I hesitated because it is not an inexpensive decision, but after seeing Joes incredibly perfect craftsmanship, Im totally glad that I did it. The customer service was amazing, and the results exceeded my expectations. If you want the ultimate protection for your paint and enjoy easy cleaning going forward, check these guys out, you wont be sorry.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt despite the bad reviews and made an appointment.On the day of the appointment, no one showed. I gave them a call and said they should be there. Still a no show so called again and now they screen my calls. Very unprofessional! At least notify the customer that they aren’t able to show but they just stop answering your calls.For anyone wondering just Stick to good reviewed establishments.

I recently had both my cars done and it is without question the best detail Ive ever had. The cars look brand new and my light tan interior looks incredible. Its worth every penny, you can really tell that they care about getting the car beautiful again, down to every last detail

Joe did a great job. The car almost looks like when we bought it new. However a few spots were missed on the inside. I would have liked to see the rims cleaner. There was visible dirt you can wipe with your finger. Overall a decent job.

Mind blowing! My cars looked better than ive ever seen them. They took their time and worked hard to get the most amazing results. I will scream and rave at the top of mountains to let everyone know how happy I am. Yall are amazing!

Not even worth one star. I called based on a recommendation. The owner of the company, whom I spoke with on the phone, went over pricing with me. I said I had one full car and one additional interior to be cleaned. When I gave my address, I mentioned I’m very far from them and requested if they could apply a travel fee, would they still come. He said yes. We set up an appointment for Wednesday at 10. Gave him my address and the appointment was confirmed. Wednesday morning I dont hear from them, so I gave them a call. He didn’t even know who I was and told me I was too far away. He claimed he never confirmed. Which is a lie. When I stated that he had quoted me a price to include traveling, and that I had taken off work in order for them to come, he replied with “we can come next week.” I said no thanks, I’d rather take my business elsewhere. He said no problem. Not even an apology. I said no problem is wrong as it IS a problem to have such terrible customer service. I do not recommend this place at all.

Friendly customer service and fair pricing. I needed my interior detailed in a hurry and they took care of me for a discounted price that I wasnt expecting. Great service!

Highly unprofessional and do not recommend at all. I made an appointment for a interior mobile detailing two weeks in advance over the phone, providing all of my information including my address. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I called to confirm details of the appointment only find out my appointment was never actually scheduled. I was still understanding of this and asked about another time to reschedule. I was then put on hold for a lengthy time, then hung up on. I called back and went straight to voicemail. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time - in a way I’m glad my appointment was cancelled to avoid having to deal further with such unprofessionalism.

They came the next day, met me at my office garage and did a fine job. No having to drive somewhere and no worries. Polite and professional. A great solution to a clean car. And no lines either

I had my CRV done over the weekend and it turned out AMAZING! I called the morning of and scheduled a full detail to be done at their shop that afternoon. I dropped it off around 10:00 and they called around 1:00 that it was finished. The car looks brand new inside, and smells even better. The guy Mike was very nice and professional! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was given a Groupon for Christmas and I called to schedule the detailing and was told they no longer accept them. The guys wasnt that nice in the phone either . I still need my car cleaned and I wont be using them

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the beautiful job Eliteshine did detailing my vehicle. Every stain was gone- the seats looked brand new when they were finished. The stretched out seat pockets were magically fitted again, the floors look like no child had ever set foot on them. I would give Eliteshine 10 stars if that was an option here. Great work, I’ll be a customer for life!

I called 3 companies for an estimate to detail my SUV. EliteShine had the best price. He arrived on time and did a great job. The truck looks awesome inside and out! I will be using them again!

I had an appointment today at 10am and no-one showed up, I called multiple time just to get a voicemail, I even sent an email to the driver to see what was going on. This is my first time ever paying to get my car detailed so I am very disappointed.

I had these guys come out and detail a couple cars for my wife and I. They did an awesome job! Got out scratches and stains that I didnt think was possible. Ill definitely use them again.

I bought two auto detailing vouchers through Groupon, both of which were either erroneously or intentionally “redeemed” by this group. In other words, they never cleaned my car, but were happy to be paid for it. I would be cautious when doing business with them. At best they are irresponsible and at worse they are frauds.

Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Needed a full detail on my wifes truck, and they went above and beyond what I expected. Very nice work!

Had them detail my moms car for Mothers Day. Great price and it looked so good when they were done I went ahead and had them do my car. Courteous service will use again.

I am editing my review from 10 months ago, when I dropped my car off and the detailed it. This time, I made an appointment for them to come to my house. First they rescheduled (said the detailer broke his leg), then they didnt show up for the new date. They didnt answer the phone and wouldnt return messages or texts (they initially texted me about rescheduling). Worst case of customer service Ive ever experienced.

I had my truck ceramic coated last week and, WOW! Turned out great and I’ll definitely recommend to my friends and family.

They vacuum inside and say that it is detailing. Exterior detailing is just a soap wash.

DONT FALL FOR IT!Absolutely poor customer service!My first issue with Eliteshine is that when my daughter called to redeem a gift certificate for a full detail, they tried to shake her down, asking for more money to perform a full detail. They said that the cost I was charged was not for a full detail, even though my receipt clearly states that it is.Since then, the company has not delivered on the gift certificate I purchased for my daughters birthday. 3 appointments were set up, each time there was a no show, no calls to my daughter to cancel or explain the reason for a no show.When calls were placed to EliteShine, we were often disconnected, put on hold for more than 10 minutes, or the calls simply not answered. This was over a period of one month.When I got involved in my daughters place, I too was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, often disconnected, and simply hung up on when I mentioned my name.Finally getting in touch with them, I was told that their local rep simply disappeared and they would no longer be servicing my area. When I asked why we were not told this the first time, I did not get an answer. They promised to mail me a refund, but it has yet to be received.I contacted the BBB and Eliteshine lied to them and said they mailed a refund. It has yet to be received.The issues have been going on since February, and now in the middle of April, they still have not sent a check.This company is a fraud and a rip off. They do not deliver. I would not recommend them to anybody. Do your self a favor, dont get involved with them5/29So after telling the Better Business Bureau that you claim to have sent me a check, but it was never cashed and suggesting to them that I contact you for a way to get me the refund, you now cancel it?Response from the owner a month agoWe were not able to verify your gift certificate and decided against the refund. $150 for a Full Detail is not something we have ever offered. Not sure where you got it and did not recognize the image you sent in to us.This is why I wouldnt recommend anyone using EliteShine. They are crooked and dont deliver what you pay for. You were happy to take money and not perform a service.For 2 months we tried to schedule and there was never a kept appointment. Then suddenly there is no one available to service the area I live in. Sounds similar to another complaint from another customer earlier than mine.What started out to be a birthday gift for my daughter, turned out to be a scam.

Unfortunately, I never was able to experience the service.I called on Thursday evening and spoke with an associate to schedule a job. We agreed I could drop my truck off at 5pm and pick it up some time SaturdayI leave work early on Friday to get my truck down there at 5pm. First, theres no sign on the road to tell you where they are at. After some searching I found a piece of paper taped to the front door of an unmarked building that said Elite Shine in the backI drive back there, and it appears deserted. I knock on every door and no one answers. I call, and no one answers. Remember its 5pm. They claim on Google they dont close until 6pm.I leave a voicemail and wait for 20 minutes. No response.At this point I find a drop box that says Elite Shine After Hours Dropoff. Its not after hours and it appears as though they dont even follow their own advertised schedule. So what if I drop my keys off, and no one comes into work on Saturday?So if I was supposed to throw my keys in the box.1. I wasnt instructed to do that2. Im not about to throw my keys in a random box with paper and scotch tape for a sign, without knowing when or if Ill get my truck back.Ive sat here for 30 minutes now, writing this review. Still no response. Tremendous waste of gas and time I couldve been at work.***EDIT: If you need any further proof of how garbage this company is just look at how these beta-male cucks respond to the customers theyve screwed over.Ive also spoken to an associate at ellicott city motorsports who knows the owner. Hes a fraud. At least one of the positive reviews on here is a friend of the owner. Dont let these fake 5 star reviews fool you. Avoid this company at all costs

Scammers. Bought a Groupon for these guys, called the number on the Groupon and talked to someone who said I had to go on their website and request an appointment with my Groupon number. Never heard back after submitting request. Went back to schedule after not hearing from them and when I went on to Groupon to get the number again, was told my coupon was used already. I never went there!

Great job! My Honda hasnt smelled or looked this good, since the day I bought it 4 years ago.

These reviews say it’s good but listen to the ones that say “DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY”. I had a Groupon but they said they weren’t accepting it anymore. And that Groupon was refunding the money to everyone which isn’t true. Also my car looks like it was washed not detailed. I paid money for a detailing not to have it looking like a $35 car wash. Not worth it at all. They say that it’ll be $185 and it was over $200. If it was done right and actually looked good I wouldn’t mind paying the amount I did. But the cup holder spots were still sticky and the seats looked the same as when I dropped it off. I paid $90 on Groupon(which they didn’t accept and Groupon said they don’t do refund) and another $215 for a hand wash which I could have gotten for $35.

Extremely reasonable! Suv looks brand new again after 2 years with a toddler. Had sand all in the carpet and hard to remove stains, you would never know it now.

Scheduled a mobile derailing appointment and they never showed. They never answered the phone either.

Definitely will be using them again, came to me had great prices and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
