I needed my truck pulled out of the mud in my backyard and Bills towing was able to come over quickly and pull it out without any issues. They were very professional and competent and I thought their price was very reasonable for the circumstances. Never thought Id give a tow company a good review, but these guys were truly life savers.

The driver was ok. The lady in the iffice was helpful. The pink haired person in the office had me in tears. She said my car drivable and didnt see the problem. My car was totaled

Called Bills Towing and she said they were so busy she couldnt tell when they would come out.......so I called Lucks Towing and he was out in 10-15 minutes. Nice friendly guy and very knowledgeable.

Response time under 45 minutes,That being said, the driver was respectful & a professional at his work...Vehicle was damaged, & did what was needed to minimize the risk of further damage in order to tow it...safely to my specific location...Have used them in the past 30 years, & going to use them the next 30 years...

On 8/5/2020, during the summer of HELL both regarding heat and atmosphere, I found myself broken down, during the heat of the day with a heat index of 115. I left the bike for a literal 13 minutes to go to Advanve Auto to see if I could execute a roadside repair. Upon my return I had 3 (THREE) cops, lights going, around my bike. After thanking them for babysitting my baby, they moved on. With no success fixing the issue I called Bills Towing of Ellicott City MD. The dispatcher said that they dont normally tow bikes but they couldnt leave me stranded in the heat. 6 minutes later one flat bed shows up, operated by Chuck Sr and a second operated by his son mere minutes later.They got my bike loaded, secured and transported without a scratch or issue, all the while being professional and positive. The younger operator was by far one of the most respectful young men I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Even though this was literally their job, they still asked, listened and took advice from me with regards to strapping it down.Im a summer where things are going to hell in a handbasket it was awesome to see a family still doing it right.Gentlemen, if you are reading this, I tip my glass and salute you. You are a fine example of what this country could and should beIf you ever find yourself in Ellicott City MD in need of vehicle service, these folks have my highest recommendation.Oh, immediately after I broke down, but before Advance, I contacted AAA as I have Gold Level service. Called 3 different towing companies to have my car towed. The first one never showed up, the second one showed up 3 hours late and didnt know what to do. Then, I called Bills Towing. A man showed up on time, definitely knew what he was doing and very professional. The base price was slightly higher than some, but the prompt service and peace of mind I got is priceless. Not sure why Bills Towing doesnt haver a higher rating. Had I known what I know today, I would have called Bills Towing first without any hesitation and so should everyone.

The guys who came out to get our car at the accident scene were courteous, nice, and very helpful. Quickly got us and the car safely where we needed to be.

Called after hours and had tow scheduled conveniently. Tow truck driver arrived as scheduled with flatbed truck. He was nice and efficient. Super easy experience. Recommended.

We were stranded because we couldnt get our truck started. I called Bills Towing and the lady on the phone wasnt very friendly, but their rates seemed reasonable so I asked her to send the driver. He got there pretty quickly and the driver was really friendly and easy to work with.

These clowns just ripped off my brother. He totaled his vehicle and was willing to sign over the title to pay for some (if not all) of the tow. They gladly took the title and still charged him full price for the tow.

Towing service is fantastic, and the drivers are professional and very careful. Theyre also very prompt. Howard County Police uses Bills Towing, and I can see why. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke to to schedule a tow was the most depressed sounding person on Earth. Im not sure why Bills wants this person to be giving the first impression to new customers.

Woke up to a random flat tire. RICK from Bills towing came and replaced my tire in like 10 minutes. RICK IS DA BEST !!!!!

Thanks to these assholes I have to pay for storage and tow. I called for them to tow my car to my house to avoid it, and explained that I cant get into the car without a locksmith who would be available today. They informed me that the only way they could tow it was to get into the car. Yet somehow it was towed from its location to storage. Trying to make some extra money or something? I dont know. The woman was a rad short with me on the phone when I asked how it was going to be towed by police request. Now Im in a rough position. Thanks jerks.

My battery died and I called Bills towing. The battery was shot. Chuck, the driver, gave me a ride to the local auto parts store, picked up a battery, and even helped me install it. Thanks Chuck, youre the best.

My Dad passed away behind the wheel of his car a few weeks ago and these folks towed his vehicle and held onto it for several days.They were extremely insensitive and difficult to work with while I was attempting to get his estate in order and treated someone going through grief like trash.You will reap what you sow.

Thieving pos tow yard lied to the mva about towing my motorcycle 2 years ago after an accident. The bike was there about 2 weeks. Im just now leaving this review. They told me Id need to pay all of the fees to take my license plate off of it and surrender the bike to the yard. Bill please, you cant keep a license plate if I come get it, its illegal. I had to have an insurance division inspector at the Glenn Burnie MVA to scare them into admitting they had my bike and the tag. That information was enough for the MVA but I almost got a few hundred in fees thanks to Bills robyoublind Towing.Pos company.
