The main reason for the score is the positive attitude and the confidence that Kathy had concerning the entire process. This allowed me to relax and have confidence as well.

Terrible experience communicating with the office. Very difficult to reach someone, line is always busy, when you do get through you have to listen to a ridiculously long greeting message. Promised someone would call me back and they never did, which happened more than once. Inefficient and inconsiderate processes made for a terrible client and very time consuming experience. The only reason Im giving this two starts is because I finally got to talk to office manager Gennifer and she was amazing, took care of everything in a quick and genuinely caring manner, which is what should have happened much sooner.

I may never go back. The irs had trouble with the return they did for me. They wont answer my emails. Been 5 months i have been waiting for my retirn.

Mrs. Jett is awesome and is more than just a tax advisor, shes a good genuine person happy to help you, she has outstanding tax knowledge, and she even gave me a coupon for being a first time customer. Highly recommend.

For the most part I was pleased that rebeccas keen eye that saved me over $60.00 nevause the h&r block computer system tried to over bill me thinking it was last year when I had spent 7 months in Colorado and 5 months in Washington state and the bill was higher because it involved two states and this tim it was just Washington state so rebbeca caught the error and saved me $60.00 more you all should het new computers I hear that Dominion yes the voting machines people who are suing the my pillow guy for 1.3 Billion dollars for misinformation about the Dominion computers try em out theyre getting rich from suing all the Trumplican idiots go for it!!! REALLY!!!!!

My experience with this branch was absolutely amazing. Especially during this difficult time with COVID 19. My accountant, Gabriel was outstanding. He kept in contact with me via email and phone during the process. Very efficient, fast and worth the fee to have a piece of mind, that my taxes were handled appropriately. By the 3rd day, Gabriel called....Taxes done! All you need to do is come in and sign.

Extremely friendly and helpful in a way I could understand

The price went up quite a bit from one year to the next, but right now it is still worth it. I am nowhere near smart enough to have saved myself money and bulk up my refund, which is exactly what happened this year from HRB. Ill likely be back. Pleasant people app around, didnt take long.
