We showed up shortly before closing, and the staff were already setting up a table for us when they saw us walking up. The food came fast and was good, service was friendly too. The salad/wrap option is a nice feature. I would go back for sure.

Stopped by when traveling to Seattle. In under 35 minutes I sat down, ordered, ate, and paid. (Prime rib dinner!) The wait staff was courteous, the restaurant was clean. Overall it was a good value. What more can one ask for?

The air was broke. It took AN HOUR... my husbands burger came out more like a hockey puck. I gave it 2 stars because my omelet was good. :( this place pretty much sucked.

While driving back to Seattle from Yakima today after checking out of our hotel and having a small breakfast a friend and I decided to look up local places to eat close to the freeway in Ellensburg. The menu looked good online and the star rating wasnt horrible. THIS PLACE HOWEVER IS HORRIBLE! We were seated between four other customer tables in a tight booth, with 30 open tables...They shoved us all into one area so it was easierFor the servers and also I think so we felt like the place was busy. We were served water and bottomless coffee which came in a self pour container and tasted like burnt rubber. We ordered, my friend ordered a cheeseburger with cheddar, she was also debating on the Rib Eye steak and eggs dish. We ordered our meals, both came with a choice of soup, salad, or fries. I had noticed several orders of fries had come out and they looked fake and battered, o went with salad and my friend with ravioli cheese soup. My salad same and it was at best a bagged ice burg salad with a few cuts of onion, carrots, and cucumber added. The dressing was awful, I ordered balsamic and it tasted like corn syrup. My friends cheese ravioli was basically canned soup you would feed to a kid you dont like. My friend was then told that she couldnt have a cheddar on her burger because they had forgot to order cheddar, so she switched to the steak and eggs and asked for the steak rare and eggs overmedium, we waited another 30 minutes for this order (I had ordered a sandwich) I said to my friend, if her steak was on the grill that long is was not going to be rare...Finally the meals come and they were disgusting, absolutely horrific, the steak and eggs were cold. The waiter kept telling himself out loud each time he passed our table that he was forgetting we asked for ketchup and hot sauce...my Sandwich was slogged with mayo and disgusting bacon. We didnt even eat it, I left 3/4 and she left her entire meal. They took the steak and eggs off the bill but still charged us nearly 20. Dont stop here, they are too busy having their dealers come in and serve them crack, good food isnt on the priority list.

Bad experience! Kitchen staff loud and using profanity. So bad that my husband got up and approached the kitchen and told them to clean up the language one of them apologized and said we get talked to a lot about our language. Everyone there should be fired except for our waiter Kevin who was mortified and apologetic for the kitchens behavior. Wish I knew how to contact the owners to let them know. This was on a Saturday afternoon. We wont be going back.

Everything was going fine until I felt something brush my bottom lip. I lift my hand to my mouth and yes, there was a hair. I started pulling and it just kept coming. The thing was foot long. Did they comp my meal? No. Gross.

We stopped here on the way to Seattle after driving all night from Salt Lake City. The breakfast and service was so good, we stopped there again on the way home. Clean restaurant, friendly and efficient staff.

I visited the restaurant on 7-27-16 between 1:00 & 2:00 P.M. I have went here for years. I had the worst service I have ever experienced. The waiter kept making excuses. Then a blonde waitress that was intoxicated spilled ice water over the table and me. There was only 3 other tables with customers and the excuses for poor service continued. I am not a veteran and was given a veterans discount to make me happy. They need to keep it for the men and women who have served. I told them this. After a miserable hour I payed the check and the young woman was the rudist I have ever seen at a place of business. I asked the waiter for the owners number and someone else came to state they would try to do differently. He could have cared less. These new owners can never meet the previous families standard. I for one will never go there again. The food was not good either and the table next to me also gave a complaint on how poor their food was. NO STAR to be given to this dive. To bad because in the past it was great. Its no wonder their parking lot was empty at lunch time.

A good spot to take a break on a cross state run-breakfast all day. Good food, prompt and friendly service.

Server was pleasant, but slow service. Food was just okay. Decent drink prices.

Breakfast bowl was good and a ton of food biscuit was very large and good too service was fine and had no problem. Great hangover food!

The meal came out fast, the service was good but the food seemed to be previously frozen, I ordered the fish and chips.

Breakfast was ok, its heavy on the country style and very light on fresh ingredients let alone produce. Dont ask for an avocado unless you want the death glare.

Breakfast is always good which is usually the time we are traveling thru the Ellensburg area.

Food was amazing! Service was slow, but the food made it worth the wait.

While my grandmother was still eating the manager decided to start vacuuming in the dining area and as she got next to our table I asked her to please stop and she threw a fit saying she was the manager and had to clean. I again asked her to please stop it was very rude to be vacuuming next to our table while my grandmother was eating and we were talking over dinner, she then immediately said that she could ask us to leave if she wanted cuz she was the manager. Even the employees were embarrassed by how their manager was throwing a fit and even started slamming doors as we left because we asked her to stop vacuuming by our table. Absolutely ridiculous experience at the Ranch house in Ellensburg Washington.

This was my third visit. Good food, great prices, fast service.

Would say it was terrible service but we never got any. We sat there for 30 min and got no help so we walked out. There was only one other group of people in the restaurant. Already can assume this place is terrible just by the service. Cant say much about the food however as I didnt get any.
