We started off great but thats where it ended. Communication was lacking but we were happy with Chrystal - she was GREAT! Drywall guys were great, painters were sloppy and the flooring guys were the worst. Sadly, our new flooring was installed by a contractor that had never installed luxury vinyl tile before. Months after installation, gaps in the flooring started opening in high traffic areas. Not only were these guys dismissive when I tried to talk to them, they spent an awful lot of time on their phones and on smoke breaks. Reynolds seems as if they could care less. The flooring company finally contacted us and actually showed up once but came with the WRONG flooring. Its been over a year now since the original installation. Ive held my tongue hoping Reynolds would make this right but Ive given up. Do not use this company if you are expecting them to be responsive or provide good customer service.

After a sewage backup in our basement Steve, Paul and his team came in to do the cleanup. They did a great job with the cleanup and were communicative with us throughout the process. Even though they were extremely busy with all the flooding that happened in this area Steve always responded to my calls or texts. He also went above and beyond to give us advice and try to help walk us through this process, this being the first time we’ve dealt with this issue. Thanks so much to Steve and his crew!

When our sewer line backed up into our home, Reynolds was both our Emergency clean up service and the reconstructive team. Everyone involved was prompt, responsive, kind, and professional. I give them our highest recommendation.

Ann-Marie was a great project manager through-out the long 5 months of the rebuild. She was quick to respond to scheduling and getting the answers and info I needed during the process. AM was honest and thorough which is hard to find in the contracting world. I plan to use Reynolds again in the future because of Ann-Marie.

Our community had several homes that were damaged by extreme heat of a large building fire on the adjacent property. Reynolds Restoration did a great job bringing all properties back to perfect by cleaning everything on our properties and doing siding replacement on several homes. We were completely satisfied with the job they did.

Forgetful, unobservant, unresponsive, and negligent restoration company. My insurance company contracted Reynolds to estimate damages to my home. I met Ann-Marie Wargo with Reynolds. She was very friendly and professional, but made numerous mistakes in her estimate and was slow to provide her report to my insurance. These issues complicated everything, and took months to correct. Reynolds blamed my insurance for the delays, and my insurance blamed Reynolds. They were both terrible and I was stuck helpless in the middle.I eventually selected Reynolds to perform a portion of my repairs because I was tired of my water damaged door being held together with duct tape. I didn’t trust Reynolds, but they were already familiar with my home and with winter approaching I needed this work done quickly. The work was satisfactory, however there were several issues. Ann-Marie forgot about me, and the issues took months to fix. I had to remind her several times.By this point, my insurance finally approved the remaining repair work that Ann-Marie didn’t include in her original estimate. Unfortunately there was now a mountain of paperwork and I didn’t feel any other company would be willing to get involved. I hired Reynolds again to complete the remaining repairs. I was now very familiar with the insurance lingo and caught more issues that required corrections. More delays.I probably received responses to about half my correspondences with Reynolds. The office staff are frequently in “meetings” and the field staff are always on other jobs. I was so frustrated, I reached out to the company Vice President Shawn Ostrich. He was very direct in trying to solve my current problems, but showed very little sympathy for everything I had been through. He vowed to make sure communications would improve and Reynolds would get the job done. There was a slight improvement but things went down hill again and I haven’t heard from him since.I had very little assistance selecting the materials for the project. I was just given a budget, and told to go to supply houses myself. After being at the supply house for hours, I found that Ann-Marie’s estimate was not sufficient to select the right materials. I gave up on restoring things to the way they were. When I did go out of my way to specify materials, the incorrect materials arrived. I either accepted the wrong materials out of necessity, or had to wait longer for Reynolds to order them. Ann-Marie told me matching my previous tile would be next to impossible. I found it at Home Depot. Sometimes it just seems like they aren’t even trying.I took time off of work, or made special arrangements to work from home multiple times. Reynolds often canceled with minimal notice or did not show up at all.Reynolds also seems to hire sub contractors for nearly everything. That was never explained to me and frequently caught me by surprise. Reynolds was generally not around to oversee their subcontractors. On one occasion when I complained about subcontractor work, Ann-Marie advised me that there were no problems and that I could take care of it myself. She suggested this without actually investigating my issue. The subcontractors had to come back to break up cement with a chisel that they over applied and sealed my sump pump shut.I finally received change order paperwork yesterday (to reimburse me for work Reynolds forgot to do), a week after it was promised. Items I discussed with Ann-Marie’s manager Craig McConnell are still missing. My experience with Reynolds started in early July of 2020. I think there are more issues that I forgot to mention but it’s just way to many to keep track of. I pray this this is over soon.

A few hiccups with the roof project beyond the control of the staff members and communication with the contractors . With the weather and pandemic all things should be considered. Responded quickly to inquiries and diligent office staff members. Quick follow-ups that made up for the small glitches until completion of the job. Roof is finally completed. Good job 👍 .

I’ve had similar negative experiences as those who have previously indicated. This company was given 3 years to address an insurance claim that should have taken no more than a week to complete. From Rebecca Pfau, Craig McConnell, Crystal Silkworth, and Rachel Shaw, all employees that failed to follow through on this claim to ensure that it was done accurately and completely. For those needing pictures, I have them all. Emails included. This company does nothing to rectify the issues. Delay after delay!! Please do your research before selecting this company. I’ve had significant damage to my property as a result of the negligence.

I would like to say that we worked with Ann-Marie for our Kitchen project, and let me say that she was the most responsive, detailed and patient person I have ever met. During this pandemic she worked with us all the way through to have our kitchen rebuilt. Amazing customer service!!!

Our experience with Reynolds was excellent. Dave and Emerson were onsite for a cabinet and sheetrock repair, both with attention to detail. Would use Reynolds again.

We used Reynolds Restoration Services (RRS) to have our siding replaced after it was damaged in a storm. RRS and Ann-Marie Wargo made great efforts to find matching siding for our house. Unfortunately our old siding is no longer made so they handled everything through our insurance company to get us new siding on our entire house. They did a great job replacing it and it looks fantastic. They showed up with they said they would and finished the job to our satisfaction. We would us them again should the need arise. RRS was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to our questions.
