After some time standing in a line with no service people, Finally, I was offered an appointment to drop off my computer tomorrow. Computer Shop on Oak Hall Road took it in immediately and finished in a half hour. What is the point of these guys atbthe big box?

This place is shutdown , there is no business anymore ,not best buy or Werner, beware drivers
