I brought in my Dell laptop to be worked on. Very knowledgeable man helped me. I went back a few days later it was fixed and ready to go. Price was great.

First off I want to say, Im really comfortable with computers,.. I dont want to say Im a guru, but I definitely know more than the average joe. My Asus laptop failed on me,.. well lets say windows failed and I was stuck trying to get windows back on, after 3 days of exhausting all my options, I was left with a missing media driver message that would hault the installation of windows! With no sight of getting past this issue, I had no choice but to swallow my pride and call it in! Matt is the GO-TO guy! My computer is my life and I really almost lost hope! If you encounter a serious boot problem with your computer or laptop, give matt a call! Exceeded every expectation I had, and restored my laptop without all the Asus bloatware that it came with!

I dont know a lot about computers, and when I called Computer Guyz to ask about some problems I was having with my computer, they were very patient with me. I really appreciated the way they explained things to me and helped me understand the different options to fix my computer. I am so happy with their customer service, honesty and friendliness, that I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially my friends and family. I had a great experience. I had a bad hard drive. they were able to recover my data and get my computer back to normal. the tech was super nice and it was fixed withing a day. I like the detail they put into training on new software.

Satisfactory. I had trouble logging in to my laptop the guy there handled it in 15 minutes or less it was a little pricey but a small business and bills dont get paid on their own thanks guys

Horrible service took it back to the guy twice for one problem (fps drop) and after he said it was fixed it was most certainly not. After $130 Ill never use them again unless its free.
