They are understaffed but that is not the people who worked there fault. I wish they could get help it would nice to see things stocked and available again. This used to be one of the better stores. Staff is friendly. Store is usually quite busy.

The staff that is at this facility are always friendly. I got five Paw Patrol balloons filled with helium for $5. Cant beat that!

This store seems to be eternally understaffed. The employees do the best they can. But seems some more people would be helpful.This store is also limited on the stuff they carry. There are other dollar tree stores within a 30 minute drive that have much better selections.

Did some last minute Christmas shopping at Dollar Tree. My first time there. I was impressed with the quality of some of their merchandise. Nice store. Id recommend it.

They over charge people alot iam still waiting on my money to go back on my card use cash no credit cards

This is a pretty clean and organized Dollar Tree. The shelves are usually kept very neat. The lines tend to be long since half of the time they only have one cashier, but hey, theyve got to keep the prices low some how right?

Better one in the area. Good customer service. I recommend.

At 2:12 pm (receipt print time) on Sunday 8/30, I was at the counter waiting to check out when the cashier, who helped maybe 2 people when there was a line, put up the lane closed sign. I asked her if she would help us since we had already been in line waiting. She said “no, 3 is open” great customer service! Hope you had a good lunch! Our actual cashier, Kenslee, or I think his badge said KJ, was really nice and quick though! He seemed to be running things up front as we watched lines build up while 3 other associates talked. They were all by registers but wouldn’t hop on! You go, KJ!

Got pretty much what we needed.except a shaker of mixed sugar & cinnamon. Good choices of wrapping paper & gift pages. Lots of party supplies.

Extremely mess boxes of merchandise in aisles . Didnt have the main item I went in for.

They were quite busy today,had to wait in line for about 10/15 minutes.

Great to see they require mask wearing and have marks on the floor at checkout lanes.

Usually I enjoy this store simply because so many things all priced for $1.00! At times, we find some good stuff. But in more recent visits the overall experience sucks and gets worse each time we return. Store is dirty. Most of their stock is, pretty much always, still boxed up in every isle in the way. This everywhere throughout the store. The staff is slow. There is always a full line of customers to check out with one cashier, while other working staff stands around watches and literally talks to other employees while there is a full line. Staff was more worried about their work drama then helping customers. Really like this store but I think I’ll be shopping at the Mishawaka Dollar tree from now on.

This was are first visit to this store..And I must say I really like the way this store is laid out...shelves stocked...not to crowded at 4pm...the only complaint I have is it gets a little tight by registers....Keep up the great work.

Not a huge selection of snacks to choose from compared to other Dollar Trees. It appeared as if this store was on the smaller side. Needless to say, I found some snacks and drinks that will suffice. The cashier was nice and the store was clean. The Dollar Tree is still the best deal around. You can purchase items for $1 without having to go to the big box stores.

I love this store. It was well stocked. And Everytime i come to this store, the employees are always so helpful and smiling. A cashier named Teresa with blonde hair is so sweet and nice. Always smiling. And helping everyone. Thank u dollar tree

I frequently go to this dollar tree because I like to go see their cheap ,new items. Close to home and convenient! If you see something you like, get it. If not; chances are you will be out of luck!

Really dont stop at this location unless I have to. There are 2 other ones in Elkhart but farther south and a much bigger one in Mishawaka. This one is usually out of stock on many items. Stock sitting on the floor waiting to be put away. Typically the employees can be found standing around talking to each other near the front of the store although I did get one employee to answer my questions today. Most everything is $1. A few items are under $1.

What can I say everything is a dollar. This is the place to buy house cleaners and school products.
