They took it back to have a look at it and maybe 15 minutes later informed me I was good to go!Door opened PERFECTLY for me!! I just visited today after calling before I went. I was highly disappointed. I have a Honda and my key fob housing has broke. The key still works and does not need to be reprogrammed. The service desk said they do not have my housing that I would need to get it reprogrammed for $200 because there is part of the key that is attached to the case.....wrong! The woman at the counter was not very kind and very curt. Please do your research if you want a new key. A dealership is not the way to go or at least not this dealership. I was able to find a key fob to fit for a fraction of what they were trying to get me to do..$19.99. Very disappointing

My wife purchased a used car from here, and they included lifetime car washes. That lasted 2 months before they sent out a letter stating wed have to earn our washes through their service dept. I called them out on it and they refused to honor their agreement. I left the building letting them know where they could stick it. Four of their employees followed me to my vehicle asking me to repeat what I said, which I did. One pushed me back into my vehicle, while the other got within inches of my face. I feared for my life, and I would never recommend doing business with these mountebanks.

Recently I had to take my truck into Gurley Leep because my mechanic could not figure out why my TPMS light wouldnt go off. I was told it would be $500 because the rear tire sensors werent communicating with each other. I was speechless! After calling my mechanic he said that the sensors dont read each other they relay messages to the computer. So, I declined the service. I ended up taking it back to the mechanic that replaced the sensor. He then finally figured out that the tire has to be completely flat before you can program a new sensor. Thats all it took! Not $500 worth of repairs! I am appalled that they tried to scam me! Do your research and ask around before you spend tons of money on repair.

Riddle me this y’all, tell me why two times with two different vehicles, I had to bring my car in to get fixed and ended up bringing it in twice and then the third time had them tell me that the issues weren’t because of the accident or from them. This time, I only drove my vehicle from the shop to my moms house. I went to start it again and it would not start. I was 45 minutes away and they WOULDNT EVEN LOOK AT MY CAR TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG. I was stranded. Come find out, they switched the lights in my car from auto to just on. So, from the time i was in my moms house, my battery died. Both my dome and my headlights were switched. I am 100% confident that it was the shop that switched this because I haven’t moved either from auto since buying the vehicle. I’m not mad that they accidentally did this. I am mad that i got stranded, had to pay out of pocket somewhere else for their mistake, and that the shop wouldn’t even attempt to look at it to see if it COULD have been them. Accidents happen, but apparently this shop feels they are incapable of human error and just like to waste peoples time and money. Oh AND, had they just test drove the vehicle the first time it was worked on, i never would have been back. You could feel and hear the cars issues easily. Don’t buy a car here and don’t get it worked on.

I recently bought a car here and I was sent a recall about my car. I called to arrange an appointment only to be told I had to call a different dealership. And he was absolutely impolite and rude on the phone. I asked for the number for the β€œspecific” dealership I was told to call but he just told me β€œit’s for a Nissan”. I then called my dealer who sold my car at that dealership and he told me I should have been able to arrange an appointment there. Then I called again only for him to finally direct me to a service department which ended directing me straight to voicemail.

0000000---Zero stars----0000000We bought a used vehicle from this dealership in May 2020. Drove from MI. It has been over 6 weeks we still have not received our paperwork from them. We have almost called daily to follow up on what the issue is. All I have heard is excuses after excuses after excuses. Our temp tags expire in 2 days. Person in charge has no clue and he has never called us to update us on what the issue or hold up is. This dealership has made us come back to sign the paperwork 3 different times and we drove an hour one way each time only to sign a paper which could have been easily mailed or we could have done electronically afterall we are buying and signing papers to buy homes these days. But they made such a big deal to have us come to the dealership where it.Spoke again with the person in charge of the finance to request new temp tags again did not end anywhere near the solution. Made a big mistake buying car out of state and from this dealership especially because they dont care about you after selling the car and work ethics relies on blaming the person who was quit or keep on making excuses after excuses. I wonder what the documentation fee is for? Stay away.

They didnt fully fix my car had to come out of pocket to get it fixed, they also killed my battery not once but twice & blamed it on everything & everyone else when it was defiantly them. I still believe my car isnt fully fixed, it does not accelerate right. Cming here was the worst decision Ive ever made by far. Im a single mom and this is a shop that will take advantage of you if you give them the opportunity too.. i was involved in a rear end accident at a stop light and hit the person infront of me as well they only fixed the rear through insurance.. had to come out of pocket to fix the front end in which they told insurance it had been leaking antifreeze for awhile which was a lie. I got my 2916 chevy malibu with only 50,000 miles on it and no problems, ever. I paid too get it fixed and Once they started to fix the front come to find out my radiator snapped off of brackets.. due to impact obviously. So while I paid 830 to get hoses and belts fixed in which I shouldve NEVER had to pay I pick up my car and it overheats the next day.. they didnt burp my car(get the air out of the hoses they replaced.) I highly dont recommend this place. My motor couldve defiantly blew up due too their carelessness they showed it throughout the whole process with also killing my battery. & the fact that they told insurance false information to come to find out later they were wrong is unacceptable, insurance was so quick to close the claim it was something I couldnt even dispute. Save your money and car.

I scheduled a test drive for a HR-V. The salesman said the vehicle was the demo car, and they really wanted to get it off the lot. However, they only marked it down $1,066 from their already above market value price. I wasn’t going to buy the HR-V that day, since someone else is paying for it, but they gave me a read out on the pricing. We called a independently owned mechanic that we take our current car to and right away red flags went up. He advised us to stay clear of Gurley Leepβ€”especially their shady sales and service areasβ€”and go to Basney instead. With that being said, the salesman was decent and not too pushy, and the HR-V ran great in the short time I drove it. Although, I did email the salesman saying we were no longer interested and he is still blowing up my phone.

When I got my car back from body shop, there was something wrong with front of car. I called and was told to bring it to the body shop that evening as I did not get off work til 5:30. Bill looked at my car and realized the bumper had not been put on right. I was upset that it cost a lot of money to get my car repaired and it still had something wrong with it. Bill was very nice and asked me where I worked and offered to come and get my car and repair it and bring it back to my work. The body shop had put my front tag back on my car all crumpled and I asked Bill why they would do that. He was not sure, but offered to reimburse me for a new tag. So I ordered the tag. When my car was brought back, Bill gave me an envelope with the cash for my tag and a nice gift. He also called me the next day to see if my car was good. I thanked him for his service to me. He went above and beyond to make things good for me so I would not have to leave my job. I so appreciated that and was happy to get my car back all repaired.

The Gurley Leep Honda COVID-19 protocols that were posted to our valued customers were not followed during my scheduled car service visit on 10/3/20. Not all guest seating placed 6 apart. Multiple customers visited and left the waiting area; seating surfaces were never disinfected before reuse during the nearly 3 hours I was there. Multiple sales associates were observed not wearing face masks or wearing them improperly below the nose. When asked, I was told that mechanics servicing vehicles were not wearing masks, even when seated inside ones vehicle. When asked, the service rep said that the interior car surfaces were wiped down with a mild cleaning agent, but he did not know whether the cleanser was one that killed coronavirus. The service department did not the have parts on hand to perform the specific service that had been scheduled in advance, resulting in additional waiting time for me while the parts were brought to the shop. Management should do better. Disappointed.

Been waiting to write this.Bought a jeep from them it was a trade inJON sold it to me made it sound like a pot of goldShowed me the paper work on how it all was working good, told me it went through all these inspections.first month battery went even tho paper work shows it was a good battery.Had engine light on it when. Had it checked out and all these codes came upIt burned oil badly every 3 weeks had to keep putting more inHad the jeep 9 months engine starting knocking and died. So I had to junk it.Spoke with Scott spharr the head manager. Before the Jeep died on me he told me to buy another vehicle and from him and hes take off what I paid for the jeep which is cool But after all this I dont want another vehicle through them I just want my money back and for them to take their Jeep back.Long story short like I said I junked it and lost money from this.This place is terrible. Jon and the mechanics shouldnt lie just to make their commission.I expected more from a place such a gurley leep.Thought about taking this to court cause this is false pretense which is illegal.Gurley leep still havent made it right with me so I keep sharing my story. I will never go to another gurley leep again.I saw the other bad reviews so it seems Im not the only one who got screwed over. They need new management and employees. Ones who actually have integrity !

Very good buying experience here! I worked with a sales rep named Donny Hilty. Donny was a consummate professional from my initial phone call to the dealership, through the purchase of my new (to me) 2018 Accord EX-L 2.0T Sedan. I drove an hour and a half to see the car and he had it all prepped and ready to go when I reached the dealership. Complete transparency through the process and a friendly & fun rep to work with. We reached a mutually acceptable price with a little negotiation and then I met with Gavin in the F&I office who did a good job of presenting additional options. I went in firmly set against any warranties but after his presentation I did end up going with a wheel and tire package because.... I live in the pothole capital of America: Michigan! All in all, an excellent buying experience and I would highly recommend this dealership.

I wanted their bottom line price and they lowered it 3 times but in the end they were still higher which was a shame because the sales guy Dean was really nice. UPDATE:Today as I was doing errands, my car started to act up. I dont handle stress too well, so I became anxious and headed directly to Gurley Leep Honda. As I pulled in, Trey was walking out and recognized me, I told him what was going on and he asked me to head straight to service. Curt was the supervisor (and a BLESSING!), I told him what was happening and what Trey said and he calmed me down and told me that they would definitely look at my car. Kurt was very kind and understanding and all in all, it looked like it was due to a need for a oil change, transmission flush and air filter change. I cant thank Trey and Curt enough for getting me in right away and taking good care of me. I knew the car I wanted, walked on the lot and Trey quickly found the vehicle and never pressured me into looking for something else. He walked me through the car, noted any issues and worked with me making sure all was taken care of. Even recently, when I went to replace the battery and had issues with the radio, I stopped in and Trey quickly assessed the issue and made sure to contact me back to make sure all was taken care of, which it was. While eating his Moms chocolate chip cookies and testing driving I settled into the thought of buying a car. Trey stayed with throughout the whole long process and how I an owner of the Clarity. Why does the service department have an Express Lane for oil changes and what not, if you cant get in to get a service without an appointment? Dont mention the fact that the whole 2 lanes for service are completely empty. Another example of how you get treated on Saturdays from businesses and employees who work on Saturdays in this area. Dont mention the condescending attitudes of the employees who at one time were begging for that job!

We could not recommend Gurley Leep and Trey any higher! Trey greeted us at the door on a stormy, wet Saturday...with a smile, a Come on in outa the rain! and offers of coffee and water. And our time with him just got better! Trey is easy to talk too, brought the car we had picked out on the website inside (our of the pouring rain) to the service area for our inspection. He rode with us on a test drive, sharing many of the features of the 2018 Accord from the back seat.Trey and the dealership worked with us to get the best deal for both of us, and we took possession of the car the same day! Drove in in one Accord, drove out in another...newer, spiffier, upgraded Accord. Great service!All the staff we interacted with were cheerful, pleasant, and helpful. On a follow up visit, we spoke with Ken, the Sales Manager. I took in my 2016 Honda Fit (which we love) for an oil change, which Gurley Leep Honda makes so easy. I turn off the highway and immediately know where to pull in for service. I was warmly greeted as the service manager came out to the car to get basic information and given a form to sign. I was directed to a very attractive and comfortable waiting area - with restrooms and a snack room across the hall. I sat down to read on my Kindle and before I knew it, the service was completed. I was checked out with written information of what had been done, paid my bill (with a $20 off special) and was on my way in my car which had also been washed. Thank You Gurley Leep Honda!
