Got hostile when asking if he was vaccinated and would not wear a mask when not answering whether he was vaccinated or not.He tried to say we could not ask his vaccination status which is a lie. We absolutely can ask it. Regardless, he would not wear a mask to come inside. Please be aware of working with these people!

I had a company come in to look at my home AC system. Instantly they told me I needed a new one. I had a friend referred me to Ed‘s appliances. Edgar came out and was very polite and courteous to my wife. He found out what was wrong and had the parts with him and had it up and going in a few hours while it was 104° out. All I can say is thank you. I will refer you to everyone I know.

After contacting another service who did not return calls after looking up parts information ,I called EDs, the person on the was very knowledgeable and after explaining my issue knew what my issue was and possible part needed for my 3 yr old Amana washer. Now heres the part of really good customer service. I can see why they are a busy, well thought of place. Explained after part was in, would be about 1-1.5 weeks until installing part. (was hoping for a day or so.) Was giving a name of an individual who might be able to accommodate my schedule request. Part came in 24 hours later and was installed that afternoon. They GAVE UP BUSSINESS to help me out!!! Who does this nowadays? Eds did, thats who. I will always recommend EDs There were my saviors this week.

I called eds about a whirlppol refegerator that was 20 years old freezer worked refegerator was warm the lady i talked to said it might be iced up or it also could be a defroster issue .so she explained to me what to look for and how to take it apart .she was right it was frozen defrosted it put it back together and check it today works fine .eds appliance gained my buisness thanks again mark wood

I met the tech outside and asked him to wear a mask for my safety because Im high risk and in my third trimester of pregnancy. He got extremely offended by this request, attempted to shame me for asking, and left.

Very impressed with Eds Applicance store. My oven stopped heating/turning on- of course right before Thanksgiving! I tried calling a few different places on Tuesday regarding needing a fix but no one was available until next week. When I called Eds, after describing the problem, he knew instantly what was wrong (even though google/YouTube told me differently) and stated that they had the part if I wanted to come in to get it and try to change the part myself since it would apparently not be a difficult change. I showed up on Wednesday and they had the part laying out for me ready to go. Very fast and reliable service/part. Ill definitely be going back for future appliance issues!After changing my igniter, my oven started right up with no issues...they know their stuff!!

Over the years my wife and I have had a few appliance in need of repair. Each time weve called Eds Appliance and were so glad we did! They have been courteous, professional and full of integrity. They have always gone out of their way to save us money when they easily could have done the opposite. If/when we need another repair well 100% be giving them a call!

Passing through Elkhart in my RV. My refrigerator needed service. Eds had to order the part, so I couldnt get it fixed on my way through. They suggested I get some dry ice to get me by. I told them Id be back through in 3 days. The parts were ordered and they came to the campground. They were very respectful of my coach, very friendly and thorough. Im happy, and up and running again

A great place to go to have work done or to get the parts you need to do it on your own. They are very helpful in finding your problem and getting it fixed an a very reasonable rate. I wouldnt go any place else locally. I stopped in yesterday for a part and was amazed at how helpful and friendly they were.
