I found this to be such a joy to do laundry here! Beautiful, extremely clean, efficient machines and comparable prices to others Ive used that were much less well kept! Right on Hwy. 10 in Elk River. A great place for travelers to do a laundry stop!

Very nice and clean looking, not from the area or this state actually, but needed to stop and wash clothes. Where Im from the dryers are a quarter for 6 minutes (add however many you want), but here it was an automatic 3.50 for 30 minutes. I like to separate my laundry and with this only option I didnt dare!! Thank u for your response on my review 🙂 and if ever I come through your area and need to do laundry I absolutely would stop in there again, I love the look and layout and how clean it is!

Beautifully kept place nice clean machines and great service awesome dry cleaning.

This place is clean and very nice! Above and beyond my expectations for laundry mats. The variety of machine sizes are nice and wash/dry extremely quickly. I paid a total of about $11 worth of quarters to wash and dry me and my daughters clothes; jeans hoodies and a small blanket. The coin machines take $20 bills also, which is nice. The only down side is that nothing takes card or NFC. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Very nice and clean place, washers and dryers are quick and through with cleaning. And the place has free wifi and a nice place to chill while your waiting for your clothes to get done.Employees are nice to and helpful if theres a problem.The only thing I think they should try and do, is maybe figure out a way to pay for the machines by card instead of quarters?

Laundrymats in general are not a cheap alternative, but to charge damn near $10 for 1 load of clothes is beyond absurd. Yes it was their biggest n fastest machine, but $10 for 1 wash is insane. Cost me $30 to do one roundtrip of laundry. $10=washer $20=dryer. Why didnt you just hold me up at gunpoint. If you ever wanted to know how the cost of living in America has gotten out of control go visit this GREEDY establishment. Theyll happily steal your money.

Always clean, spacious, easy to use. Lots of machines and carts, never a problem. Handicap parking/accessible. On site dry cleaner, too.

Natures Laundry Land has very nice machines that worked well. Its also a very clean facility with easily accessible and clean restrooms. A very nice facility if youre in need of paying one a visit

The employee that is working tonight 1/31/2021 was very rude about putting on a mask to me and my family not ok didnt ask nicely was just plain rude about it we was in there at 6:30ish

They keep the laundromat very clean modern up-to-date machines.

Our dryer broke so we hauled everything to Natures Laundry. Very very clean. Nice TV with cable. Love the different sizes of washers and dryers. We used the biggest one which fits about 8 baskets of laundry, wash was about $9 and dry was $4.50 x2. But its nice to have the option to do it all as one load. Took 20 minutes to wash and 40 minutes (we had to do it twice) to dry. Smaller machines cost money - based on how many baskets of laundry they might hold. +The cleanliness is a huge factor though.

I had really no idea what size machine I needed or how to use it. The lady working the dry cleaning came and helped me. She was so nice, amazing, knowledgeable. Just really an amazing experience. Ive been to a few laundry mats, and this one stands above the rest.

Very rude staff. Had a machine taking quarters and was not counting them. My washing machine is waiting on parts to be repaired. I havent been to a coin laundry since college and was happy to find one close to Otsego.The gal who was working (late 20s early 30s) was beyond rude.A machine was taking quarters and not registering them. My wife and I were using 3 large machines. I am impatient so I kept feeding the machine anyway but let the gal know when I saw he . She asked for a quarter. I handed it to her. She put it in the machine, it didnt register, she pushed the coin return, nothing, pushed it a couple more times and one returned, pushed it a couple more times and two more quarters returned. I told her it had taken a dollar fifty, she told me her machine didnt lie and told me not to be rude. I responded that I didnt care about the dollar. (At that point it had returned the quarter I gave her and two of the quarters it had taken from me of the $1.50 i had previously lost. I said it just did it to you. I dont care about the dollar and laughed its a dollar i just wanted you to know your machine doesnt work so you know. Get it fixed so it doesnt take money from someone who actually needs it.She told me again not to be rude or i could leave. I told her not to question my integrity, that was rude, she wouldnt have to worry i wouldnt be back and i wont. Find another laundry if you dont want the same experience.

Clean, prices are reasonable - but may be on the higher side, staff are nice, even those who come to do their laundry are very nice too! I’ve came here a few times and still do and have no complaints here. :)

As far as laundromats go, this one is to notch. Its clean and everything works.

I have no idea how this place does not have a 5 star rating. I have lived all over the Midwest. This is the only cleanest, upto date facility I have ever seen, you can use the bathroom in confidence. Can I drop off my boxers and socks and have them washed? That would be perfect for this guy.

It was clean. There was an attendant there at all times.

Needed to wash a white blanket with mildew smell, so dstarted washer on hot setting (water felt warm not hot) and put money in vending machine for bleach. The machine took my money but no bleach. No other options. Had to drive to store and buy it. Got back too late to add bleach. $9.00 for washer cycle down the drain. Its cold in there, uncomfortable, everyone had their winter coats on. 2 thermostats, one set at 62 f and the other at 68. Cut up pieces of paper for refund request for money lost in machine, but no instruction on where to put the paper. I spent $9.25 for washer, $1.00 for single load box of detergent, $1.00 for bleach I never got, $4.50 for dryer. Thats $15.75 to spend an uncomfortable hour and ended up with a blanket that needed to be washed again.

Very clean and fast machines. My clothes smelled so fresh after being washed here. The water at my apt does not let the freshness in. I will be back!!

Clean, quiet place torewash a load when my washer died.

Visited for the first time today. The place is clean, has an ATM & bills --> coins machine so even if you only have a credit/debit card, you can still get the change you need for the machines.They have a hand-washing station and signs about social distancing. My only complaint is that the staff is not wearing masks, thus a 4-star rating instead of 5.

Very dirty when we were in there. I literally wiped out the machines I was planning to use according to the loads of laundry that I had. The rubber around the inside of each machine was nothing short of filth. My rag that I was using was pulling out this black slime and hair and it was disgusting! Someone else had made the comment about how disgusting it was also and said they would never again use a machine without first wiping it out like I had done. They also mentioned that everytime they had been there the dryers never dried their clothes. We also noticed that 2 of the machines we were going to use had laundry soap dripped down the front, which to me indicated that the soap dispensers were likely clogged and dirty. I made this comment to my husband but he said, well weve done this much so far lets just start a couple and see. Big mistake. As I had predicted, the soap that we put in for our clothes leak down the front of the washing machine as it started to fill but it was too late to stop it because of the door had already locked so we had to let it run its course and of course the clothes did not come out clean and we left I looked for a place to leave a comment card or ask for a refund for the $5 that we spent on each machine which was $10 all together and they had pieces of paper with pencils but no place to leave the pieces of paper so I ended up just leaving without a refund theres nobody there working it was closed down and when I tried to call the number the next day nobody answered that number either so to this day I have not received my $10 refund for the $10 that I spent on the machines.

We used to come here but 4 dollars for a mini washer ??? Totally taking advantage of people and theres 2 other laundromats in like a 2 mile radius. Go to those vs here trust me

Its a nice, clean laundromat. There are carts available, seating, and a TV. Theres also a basin sink for soaking, a few hooks, and an ironing table. The folding stations were clean. Its a little expensive, but honestly its worth paying the little extra to go here than another, less well cared for laundromat.

Too Expensive people!!! I dont know why laundry mat washers DO NOT CLEAN OR DRY my clothes, no matter how NEW they may be!! Im more inclined to stay at the local motel just so I can spend $2 instead of $5 on a load. *Id suggest using alternative places to do your laundry!!!
