So far Ive had a good experience with this business! I was having problems with my SUV. I called them to see what they charge for diagnostics and labor and they listened to what was going on with my vehicle. I was able to get my vehicle in right away. He found out what the issue was with my vehicle and called to let me know. He answered all my questions and was upfront about cost. The work was done faster then I expected and when I saw the bill I didnt have a heart attack. I felt the price was reasonable. The mechanic was very nice and professional and even let me know about the recalls for the vehicle that had not been fixed yet. I will definitely return to Central Auto Repair in the future if I need to!

My family has been bringing our cars to Central Auto Repair for 8 years. When they moved from Osseo to Elk River we thought we would have to find a new mechanic because the drive time went from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. It has been 3 years since the move and we have yet to trust our cars to anyone else. Darrin and his team are wonderful. They are fast on the diagnosis, very fair on the prices and are always happy to discuss cheaper options. I have never felt pressured to have a repair done. I cannot recommend them enough!

Ive yet to have a poor experience with the team at Central Auto Repair. Great customer service, great pricing and they do excellent work. Im glad I found this shop and I now take my vehicles there for everything. I highly recommend that you check them out the next time you need your vehicle serviced.
