Had been with State Farm for years! Called to get quotes on new homes as they were selling quick. The agent I talked to didn’t seem at all wanted to do different quotes! I guess I was just a number! I can get insurance anywhere but tried to do it locally! Loyalty and relationships don’t matter!

Ive been with State Farm for 40 years. I recently had a very comprehensive review of my policies with Kevin. Not only did I learn a lot, I walked away with exponentially better coverage than before with minimal increases to my deductibles. Ive been with Kevin Gleitz/State Farm for just about 6 years now. I cant say for certain that Im getting the best rates possible because honestly, if I did and found a lower rate somewhere else, I would have a hard choice to make. Id have to choose between saving a little bit of money somewhere else or keeping access to absolutely STELLAR service that I get from Kevin Gleitzs agency - by Meghan in particular. In short, the service that I get from Meghan and the others at Kevins agency is worth more to me that what little I might save somewhere else.Ill admit though, I had a rough patch with State Farm a few years back where they claimed that I didnt have towing on my motorcycle when I actually did. I ended up having to haul the bike on my own which I was not well equipped for - and why I had towing insurance on it. I was really pretty mad about it, but the fault was more to State Farm proper since it was the weekend and I was dealing with their call center rather than Kevins agency directly. That said, I worked with Kevin during the following days to solve the issue.In short, dont hesitate to do business here. You get the big insurance company stability of State Farm with the personal service of a small company who knows you by name when you call them up.

Doug Johnson started this office and was an incredible person to work with. He truly cared for everyone and recruited some very personable and professional people to help operate his business. One in particular is Kelly Imsande. She goes far beyond any expectations I could have from an insurance company. On multiple occasions, Kelly has called me unexpectedly to point out some ways I could save money on different policies, or just to make sure everything is up to date. She called one year to ask if wed heard that State Farm provided auto loans. We ended up transferring all of our auto loans and saved substantially by doing so! Now for any loan, we go right to Kelly because we know shell have the best deal around for us. If theres anyone you can trust to truly watch out for you and your best interests, its her! ~ I havent had personal experience with Kevin yet, but Im told hes been a great addition to this office. Last year we purchased a new vehicle and when we called to get insurance on the vehicle Kelly asked if we would like to give State Farm bank the business for our loan. Im not sure why, but we were not aware of state farm bank. In the end Kelly was able to cut our interest rate lower than Ford credit and our credit union. Another plus is that GAP insurance is also included with a State Farm Bank loan. If you are in the market for insurance or a loan, I would give Kevins team a call.

Wow! Great customer service. My car died, so I called to see about towing to salvage. They even called me back to remind me to send in my receipt to be reimbursed. New insurance was even cheaper than my old insurance (safer car). My new insurance cards were in the mailbox less than a week later.

We had been with another very well known insurance company for almost 40 years when I met Kevin Gleitz and his team. They offered a lower rate that the other insurance company wouldnt offer us and we had only put in maybe 2 claims in those 40 years. Every time I call this State Farm agency I connect with a live person - never have to leave a message and wait for a callback. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was struggling to find insurance for a good rate for a while. In all cases, the service has been fast and fair and it is nice to pick up the phone and talk to a person who will answer your questions immediately, or will follow-up as necessary. I have comparison price shopped, but I have never been quoted a price difference worth switching and it is likely that the level of service won’t be as good. Kelly Imsande is an agent at Kevins office that is fantastic. She is usually the one that picks up the phone right away, is able to answer my questions and if not shell get back to me within a very quick time frame. She even goes beyond her job roll.
