The guy who took down our dishes did a fantastic job. He was thorough, efficient, and professional. The price was also very good; much better than anyone else we found.

I have never written a review before but these people have the worst customer service technicians I have ever interacted with. The one person who supposedly could help us with our Dish issues had the day off and apparently has our account information “written down somewhere”. No one else was available to assist. Then Kristy/Kristie refused to transfer our call to her manager, who told her to tell us to “wait until tomorrow” for our account manager to get back. Would not recommend their service to anyone.

Absolutely HORRIFIC!! The tech, Sergi was tardy, ill-prepared, rude, left a huge mess, a hole in my wall, a broken outlet plate, DID NOT connect the phone or computer, used my bathroom, asked for water, washed his hands, face and arms in my sink and then spit into it, he also wanted to write down all my cc info because Bob was to busy to do his job....this is a scam!! A racket!! Clearly a questionable operation! The manager Bob, is even worse....Im not gonna send a tech out, even though the first tech didnt complete the job, without a work order.STAY AWAY...GO WITH ANYONE ELSE!!! PAY MORE, anything to avoid these folks!!
