Very True about FRAUD numbers, Amardeep Singh changes numbers all the time till the end.He would mention 0 closing cost and he will make you pay out of your pocket for all closing costs. Also takes money from your lender credit.Never believe his words, even written confirmation emails are worthless. Better look for a different agent.
