Beautiful salon with the ability to do what I show in a photo. Awesome! They stay busy tho so plan ahead

Usually a great place. The girl who did my pedi did an excellent job. The girl who did my mani and brows, lets just say I was NOT happy. She had to redo my nails after doing them the first time and had to redo one a 3rd time!!! Wasting a lot of my time/day!!! She left wax on me and got ot in my hair and didnt even try to get it out!! And there was NO discount for wasting MY time!!!

She cut my nails to short . I told her i wanted them still long but not short but she cleaned them up real good. And she did my feet real good like I like them. They were busy today had to wait 40 mins without a appointment but Worth the wait.

No stars the male manicurist I got was very rude. I would no recommend this place to anyone.. RUN!!!

Customer service from owner was bad. We booked appointment for noon. None of the staff was available. When the owner was starting the services. She took a jet from another chair to put into my chair. I asked if I may see it open before using it. She put the plastic liner in, about 2 inches of water, dropped half the jet in and walked away to start a new clients nails instead of mine. Wont be back.

Don’t get your eyebrows waxed here!Had the perfect shape that I have always wanted, went in to get them cleaned up, and I made sure to tell them I ONLY wanted to clean them up. When I looked in the mirror the WHOLE top of my eyebrow was taken off. Then the lady doing my eyebrows continued to argue with me instead of SIMPLY APOLOGIZING.

Nail techs were very good. I had a nice mani and pedi. They took their time and did a good job shaping and cleaning up my nails. Salon is clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely return again.

I wanted to try a new salon because I was in dire need of a pedicure and I think Ive found my new go to. The first thing I noticed was the place was very clean. Everybody was extremely friendly greeting me with smiles and saying hello. One woman who I think was the manager noticed it was my first time and personally introduced herself to me and stopped what she was doing to say goodbye to me when I left! Anyways so I was recommended to try the $30 deluxe pedicure and though I didnt intend to spend that much, I tried it anyways, and let me tell you, it was well worth every penny. I was rubbed with oils and different gels, one that cooled my legs and one that warmed them and they smelled really good, too! They wrapped my legs and feet with warm towels and massaged me with warm rocks. The whole experience was very soothing I couldve fallen asleep right there in the seat. They even offer to let you take home some of the supplies they use on you (nail file, pumice stone, etc)! On top of their excellent customer service they have a very huge range of opi colors which I liked a lot. This was the first time I actually had a little trouble deciding which color I wanted to go with. I ended up tipping the girl $10 (which I rarely do, only when its definitely deserved) I will definitely be going back here soon!

Best nail shop Ive ever been too! Theyre extremely kind, they offer you tea/water before they start on your nails, and they offer such a huge variety of color choices! The shop is one of the nicest Ive seen, they have a wonderful couch area, up to date magazines, and they give the best manicures Ive ever gotten in my life. I will continue being a regular customer and I look forward to all of my future visits!

The ladies who work at X Nails are very sweet and friendly. I usually get there 30 minutes or less before they close and they accommodate me and do a wonderful job with my mani-pedi.

Customer service needs a lot of work. Nails are never shaped right. One hand always looks different than the other. Staff is rude.

Not impressed. I can paint my own nails. I want a place that does a good job on my cuticles. Didnt happen here, even though I told them that is what I wanted. Not going back.

X-Nails is under new management. Previous owners have retired. The salon has undergone a complete update. Jenna does my fills and pedicures and I could not be happier.

Fantastic and very pleasant! I walked right in and got a relaxing pedicure. Very friendly staff and the chairs with tub very sanitary. I would definitely recommend this salon for a pedicure.

I was looking for a salon. I was in Elk Grove looking at several salons and I walked into X nails on Saturday the 16th of April 2016. They were so friendly and the atmosphere was so clean and family oriented. I went home, called made an appointment with Jack for Sunday 17th of April 2016. From the time I walked in for my appointment until the time I left everyone was so so friendly. It was an amazing experience! Jack is absolutely amazing! I will be telling everyone that I know about this salon. Thank you again jack I love my nails.

Was an ok experience. Its been a while since Ive been and they do a decent job, but not the best. They are definitely one to push gel over a simple manicure, which yes I know it wont last as long, its not necessary to tell me it wont. Had both a mani and pedi and my massage seemed half done on both (the lotion wasnt even rubbed all the way into my feet). Super rushed like they couldnt wait to get me out of there. Maybe theyre just under staffed, because it wasnt even 1PM and they turned away a couple of customers saying they didnt have time for single services. He even asked me if I was sure about my polish selection. If you didnt want to do glitter polish (which I only requested on two nails), you shouldnt put it on your shelf. Basically, their customer service could be better and you shouldnt complain or make comments about other customers to customers especially if its unsolicited. I have been there a handful of times since they opened and each time the customer service seems to decline which is disappointing since its the closest one to my house.

Clean and fair prices like new conditions

Before I explain my rating I need to make a comment first.Being kind of new to the neighborhood I went to the wrong nail salon for my pedicure and wax. Upon arriving I gave my name and why I was there. The receptionist didnt even check the appointment book. She then motioned me to sit at one of the pedi chairs. I walked all over the place without acknowlegement from anyone. So I sat down and started to take my shoes off all the while feeling uncomfortable. A lady walked up to me and asked why I was there I then explained and asked them to check the appointment book to ensure I was booked as it seemed no one wanted to give me just a ped and wax not including a manicure as they were pushing.I then decided ok I will do this but this will be last time I go to this place.In the meantime I was told to put my feet in the water and the person walked away without a word.All of a sudden my phone rang and it was Jack owner of the shop of where I was supposed to be. After our discussion I explained I was already in a shop and had my feet in the water but would it be ok to still go to his shop. He was very understanding and said no problem.As I was preparing to put my shoes on then I got the attention of everyone as they asked why I was leaving and I told them I was at the wrong shop. They asked me to stay but I said no I had an appointment elsewhere and I left wet feet and all.Once I got to X nails they were waiting for me and actually greeted me. They made me feel welcome although I would set their schedule off a bit. I like the cleanliness of the shop, the relaxing music, observed the rapport and great conversations they had with their clients. Most of all when I explained to Lana who who did my pedicure that I was diabetic she was very careful with my feet.Bottom line - In my books I had an excellent appointment at X Nails and be returning for my next appointment.

This place is absolutely horrible their workers are the rudest people Ive ever encountered in my entire life. The only reason I left a tip was because I am a decent person but they far from deserved it. I wouldnt even recommend this place to someone I hated. They all need to work on their attitudes and the things they say around customers. We all know youre trash talking in your own language but maybe make it less noticeable honestly. I wanted so much more done to my nails but I said no because i didnt even want to be there anymore. If I could give zero stars I would.

This was my first pedicare ever and although they were nice people, the hospitality wasnt the same. We were treated like every other customer, they did their job and went on with their day, and that was that...BUT, WAIT LADIES, if youre caucasian.. yes yes, I said caucasian, you will get the best customer service ever, along with a happy friendly packaged smile, and they also throw in and offer free water bottles, but YES, only if youre white. This might sound racist but I am not, I am just speaking from the service I recieved here... So by all means, Good luck. 😁👍👍

I had a horrible experience here. My two younger sisters were treated like trash and were pushed around by the owner or a staff meme we (not sure which). I wouldnt recommend anyone, especially someone with younger kids to go here.
