I was in town visiting family and had such a great experience here before, I decided why not give it a visit again. I truly wish I hadn’t. My fill was about 3 weeks old but still going well. Michelle did my nails and made them so thin that in 4 days one of my nails broke right off. The grow out in a week and a half of time is just as much as I had when I came in with the 3 weeks between appointments from my place back home. The pedicure that I paid for was subpar, likely because they started to get busy so they were rushing to get customers out. Why would I pick one of the top pedicures and then get a rush job?I won’t return here next time I’m in town.

Booked an appointment a week ago and was told it was an hour to two hour longer wait because they messed up.

Michelle is amazing, she always does a great job on my nails! I definitely recommend.

Very clean, beautiful salon. Staff is very friendly and following Covid guidelines (masks, temperature checks, hand sanitizer, social distancing). I received a great pedicure, with a killer leg massage. 😊

Saved this place as a favorite even before finished with first visit. Christine is really detailed oriented and has a loving healing energy. Something uncommon. Very relaxing pedicure.What I look for in a pedicure= attention to detail, listens to my requests, does a good job in exfoliating my dead skin and allows me to relax.Christine did all of that and more, that’s why I already know I’ll be coming back before I even finished my first pedicure with her!

Great service. Clean inside. I had Michelle do my nails, I went in for a pedicure with gel. Michelle was attentive and precise and ensured that she did not let me leave until my nails were perfect. I will definitely be coming back.

I love this salon. Michelle is the great specialist. I came to this salon with absolutely damaged nails. Michelle suggested me to use different things that I was doing before. Here is was introduced to deep powder. She is making my nails thin, smooth and overall beautiful.

I was disappointed. It was my birthday, made an appointment for 3 pedicures, they were 20 minutes late...didnt do the 3 of us at the same time. My family ended up having to wait 30 minutes for me and the massage was just plain bad. We wont be returning and it was our first visit.

Ive been doing a lot of reviews lately on places and this is the only one I could actually say something good towards,I am a live in caregiver for my grandmother and I dont get much time off this was the first time in a long time and unfortunately I couldnt get a babysitter I called to make sure that they wouldnt mind me being in a stroller and they said it was perfectly fine to do on top of that they did a little extra talked to my son and helped me with him when I wasnt able to do something for him, plus they did a wonderful job on my nails and toes.I would definitely recommend spectrum nails to anyone that wants great service. Im for sure coming back. Thanks ladies youre the best!

I live across the street in this growing community. Im involved in the neighborhood, as a resident for over ten years, I have seen businesses come and go! If this business want to survive the customer service need to improve. I was in on today my 3rd time since grand opening 6 months, ago! And I was very unhappy with how I was treated as a customer. Cindy, one of the nail technician was very rude, unfriendly, and even yelled at me in front of her customers, who happen to be gentleman, getting him involved in our conservation which had nothing to do with him. Polly, who was doing my nails, claims she does speak very good English, I feel that I was verbally attack because. Im a black woman. I will not go back there and will start a community protest for people would live in my neighborhood. Customer service is everything if your customers, feel uncomfortable for any reason that is not good.

Went there for my first time, the building was really nice. But the manicurist was less than desirable she didnt cut my cuticles and did not do a top coat. And when I asked her about the top coat she told me that she wanted to let my nails dry and when she was finished I asked her if she was going to do a top coat and told me she had already did it even though I watched her not put any top coat on. 2 stars for the nice building and getting back to the chair fast but for the service 1 star .

I liked that my nail tech Christine took her time and did not rush through my set.

They never charge the same price. I get the same thing done each time and the price is always different.

It was my first time trying Spectrum Nail Spa. Its located on Elk Grove Florin and Sheldon.I made reservation for six people. Regrettably two didn’t show up (The owner was sweet and she didnt get upset for the last minute changes in the number of people).Anyways, this place allowed us to bring our alcoholic drinks. Thanks to the spa, we managed to do our little mimosa and nail party.Overall, I felt the service was great. And they have reasonable prices for pedi/mani $27 with gel. I did the deluxe pedicure $25 (it came with cleansing orange sugar scrub, cooling masque, marble and oil massage) and standard manicure $12 (oil massage, polish of my choice and cleansing of the cuticle). I added flowers on my feet which were extra $5.The spa is nice and clean. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone on a budget.

Great local nail shop with very kind ladies who take their time to do a thorough and good job, and do not charge a lot at all. $25 for a basic mani/pedi that includes the foot spa, massage chair, foot/leg and hand/arm massage with lotion and hot towel, and even callus scrub for your feet. You cant beat that!Everything is clean and neat, and they maintain their spa well. Theyve always got quite a lot of nail technicians working, so you wont be sitting in the waiting area for hours. And, they dont try to push additional services on you at all and are very attentive and respectful of what you ask for.They accept credit cards and have a private parking lot. Great spot!

It took almost 3 hours for a set of powder dipped full-set of nails which made me late for an event I was going to and ended up having to miss. The nail tech didn’t know what an “almond-shaped” nail was. They are all different lengths, very thick, and wonky shaped but proceeded to tell me that they were even. After a day or two the powder seemed to kind of settle and there are weird lumps and indents. Some of the nails are even starting to feel like they are coming loose.My friend who went with me got a manicure with the dip and it started chipping the next day. The manicure was also done poorly and she didn’t trim down her cuticles. After her manicure, the lady (without asking) proceeded to rub lotion on her hands and arms that was made of aloe which she is allergic to and later ended up breaking out from.Very disappointed.

Michelle and Vivi both gave me a mani/pedi on my two visits. Very happy with both gals. Salon is pretty and well maintained. Prices are great.

My Mom and i trezt oyrselves each minth. Great ladies! They do a great job and less expensive then some of the others we have tried. Nice and clean too!

Let me say that ONLY because this nail salon hasnt even been open for not even a year is the reason why I didnt demand they redo my nails and return my money. I took it as supporting my community. I got a full set pedicure/ medi. My pedicure was good. Attention to detail, & careful with handling. If directed couldve been perfect. My medicure was horrible. Didnt even clean or prep my nails. Uneven layers of nail polish, mix matched sizes of acrylic nails, and poor customer service communication. The choices and colors were extremely bland. Over priced for no reason, the quality was extremely bland. The lady rushed through and didnt even ask if I was satisfied. Not only that but very basuc decorations on the inside. Never coming back again.

They have a sign that says “mani pedi $25” and so I got a mani pedi thinking it was going to be $25 so I go and pay and they tell me “$60” I’m very unhappy with this place and they didn’t even do a good job

Customer service could improve. Not very friendly or hospitable. Seem to rush through services. Pedicure a disaster and bottom of my feet sustained lacerations and irritation from pumice stone. 😔 will not be returning this salon.

Tried the Gel powder 2 times, both horrible. So bad i had to have another salon fix. lumpy, uneven and colors not accurate. Would never do again at this salon. Not experienced in dip powder at all.

Very low quality gel polish, it started chipping day 2 and before a full 7 days it was peeling off in large chunks.
