This is now my go to spot for waxing and pedicures. Everyone is super friendly and they take care to make sure you are satisfied. They always give my 5 year old the full treatment as well. Definitely recommend! Make sure to call for an appt because they are busy!

I have followed the owners and staff from their previous place of employment to their own labor of love that is Sparkle Nail Bar.The vibe is always hip here and the staff always lively.One will be offered refreshments on arrival.Like most people, I have my own nail tech. I make future appointments after I am done with the current one. They do book up fast.I come on weekdays when I am off since the weekends are too noisy for me.They offer parties for kids and adults alike. You bring your food and refreshments. The owners Amy and Linh are very accommodating so make sure to contact them for any events.I come with the Hubby when he is off too and they pamper him as well as me. He has his own nail tech now.

I mean what Can I not say Good? I mean, I feel like Im walking into friends house to have a great spa day. I look forward to my visit everytime.

I went to this place because the reviews were good. When I sat down the lady asked me what I wanted, so I showed her a photo of the shape and color and ask if she can do that. She assured me she can do it...long story short it came out looking terrible! There was gaps between the acrylic and my nails, the shape was boxy (I wanted long and narrow). I was so sad because she kept reassuring me she could do it and half way through she said she cant do the shape, then she blamed me for telling her I wanted round tips. Hope you all get a better tech than I did if you come here.

They do a good job. My nails didnt peel or chip in the first week. Nice nail technicians. Pleasantly offered water. Will be Back!!

I dont live in the area. I am visiting a friend. We came to this place to get our toes done and Im sad to say I love this place. I wish there was one where I live. But this place is super cute and the staff is super sweet and attentive. Definitely recommend

I usually love coming here but this visit was not great. I came in for a classic pedicure and i left paying for a gel pedicure. The guy who did my pedicure added all these extra fees of gel removal and white tip. First of all i had like 2 gel nails the rest were gone and he never told me it would be an extra charge for white tip. Its weird because no other person has charged me for gel removal when i have gone in past times. The guy was very rude and rough on his job and i felt like he was talking about me with the person next to him. It was very obvious. I dont know if i will go there again.

Love this place so so much I dont go anywhere else. They are so friendly, funny and the nail techs do very good designs. Will recommend u make appointment they get booked up quick so hard to get a walk in, but they will do their best to squeeze u in even if u do walk in. Awesome just all around

My experience there was great and my nails came our AMAZING..... So I thought. One nail popped off after maybe 1 week, I was just going to wait till filling to re do it since I live an hour away. Between last night and this morning FOUR have popped off and its been 10 days. I called this morning and because I cant describe the lady and because I didnt know her name all they r willing to do is not charge for the gel polish when I go back to get fills on the 5 I do have left.

I would not give this place a good star I had Andy he was rushing through the last minute he didnt care to put my pants legs down or give me these slippers to walk over to do my hands no tip good luck on finishing your engineering degree

Love this place. Not only do they do a great job at nails, They really know how to do pedis as well. If youre unable to make an appointment, they try hard to squeeze you in asap. I would recommend an appointment though. They know all the best nail designs as well. Its super clean and a very friendly staff.

My nails look great, Ashlee did them for me, she’s fabulous. It was a little loud for my taste, a bit young and rowdy. Other than that, I love the place!

Needs serious improvement in customer service! First visit was great! I was referred by a coworker. Got my nails done and was offered a glass of wine. Each visit there after had some issue. I book an appointment yet always wait 15-20 min after my scheduled time to get my nails done. What is the point of having an appointment? That was strike one. After the 4th visit on 7/3/2019 it went downhill fast. A few days after getting a fill, my gel polish started peeling. I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed only to have my nail person be absent. They never take down your number to call you when booking an appointment so I would not have received a phone call to reschedule. Had I known that my nail person had to leave for the day, I would have rescheduled. Strike 2! The owner ended up fixing my nails and she had a lot of attitude. Never once did she apologize for my nails peeling or my inconvenience for coming back to get them fixed. I had 4 nails peeling and asked to have all nails redone for the inconvenience and she was combative! I was told if all nails were going to peel they would have by now. How would I know that? I have gotten gel nails for over a decade and this NEVER happened before. Additionally, I was told that I could not get the same design that I had on my nails because she did not know how...but this is what I paid for! No talk of discount on the next visit or anything else to make the customer feel some sort of satisfaction from the inconvenience was attempted. Strike 3! You can tell she wanted to quickly get the job done and over with. She was distracted the whole time and kept leaving the station to answer the phone which prolonged this agonizing visit. I got the sense that she felt like I was lying about my nails. But low and behold...right before she was done with my nails, another customer comes in complaining that her nails were peeling too! That customer got her nails done on 7/3/19 also. I told that customer that I was here to remedy the same issue. Also, the same coworker who referred me just had a similar issue with peeling with a tech named Long and had to go back twice to have her peeling nails fixed. What a dissapointing experience. I am taking my money elsewhere.

I had my nails done 2 weeks ago, nails looked great and pedicure was nice. Though its only been 2 weeks and my nails are altrafy.popping off. To pay $70 for a pedicure and manicure and for it to only last 3 weeks seems ridiculous. I dont think Ill b coming back.🙁

See the pix I posted. I asked for one design and got something else completely. Do not go here if you want your nails designed!!! Theyre horrible at it!!!! Also they told me $30 for the whole thing, when I asked them to fix it they said they would charge me an extra $10. Horrible customer service -- their excuse was that the bottle of nail polish said ombré and they didnt know why it didnt work on my nails. any decent place would have fixed it THEIR mistake at no additional charge. Staff was very rude and petty about it. I would never go here again!!!!!

Over priced. Did a lousy job. Paid $95 and design fell off next day. Did not put two coats of powder on. Did not seal with clear coat. Nails didnt last 3 weeks. Will never go back.

Poor quality regardless of how trendy the setup is. I tried going here 3 separate times for my gel manicure hoping it would be different and they have never lasted more than a few days. Each time I went there a different person would do it so it makes me think it’s the product possibly. But I did notice normally at other salons after they soak your hands and put some kind of lotion product on there which makes you nails oily while they care for the cuticles they would have me wash my hands with soap so my nails are clean of any residue but at sparkle they tell you not to use soap which I honestly think also had something to do with them not lasting as well. Plus they weren’t very friendly. Once they’d start on my nails they might ask me a question or two but then they’d start talking to other employees and didn’t care to talk to customers a lot. No good vibe from my perspective. Overpriced for a gel manicure as well. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I have been going there since I moved to Elk Grove three and a half years ago theyre always welcoming and even though Im always a walk in they accept me and attend to my needs right away.

They’re rude and even when you schedule an appointment ahead of time they make you wait forever. Find another place. Horrible customer service and mediocre nails. Overpriced nails with cheap nail polish and mediocre nails. Go somewhere else!

I love the atmosphere! The whole set up is adorable it is literally a nail bar. Everything was going great I took my little sister for a mani/pedi... the pedicure was amazing. As to the reason I gave this place 2 starts... Thier options are limited... they do not have colored acrylic nail powder which I asked about before I came but I guess I was miss understood ... so I only got a fill I feel as though I was over charged for. Two of my nails were not sealed correctly, and I asked the lady that did my nails if she could fix it and ahe got an attitude amd started to talk to another customers about me .... at that point I was done. My little sister got a pedicure with regular Polish and a gel manicure, 2days after her nails where done the gel started peeling off she was highly upset because she really liked the colors she chose. After I had calculated everything The Beautician charged me for a gel pedicure and a gel manicure. I will never go back to this establishment the price for the quality is no where worth the cute little setup.
