I’m not a fake nail person. Wanted to have mani/pedi for my daughters wedding. I’m an eye person and perhaps due to mandates of masking, the people for my session were not the friendliest. Their eyes seemed unhappy and of course didn’t talk much. I’ve had pedicures in the past which were amazingly relaxing. This didn’t happen for me on this visit. The powder dipI had on fingernails started chipping after the first week. Ended up going to another salon to have the powder and the gelled toes removed.

My first time being here, the lady took her time with my nails and was clear to me about pricing and made sure it was what I wanted. I’m satisfied with the results!

I’m from out of town with my family just looking for a place to get my sns tips cut down and was recommended to visit Lola Nails. There were three in my party who also wanted two nails repaired and a pedicure. Instead of telling us how long the wait would be we were told that “we don’t have time now” after we were asked how we can be helped. We weren’t even given the option of another time or informed of the wait time. One of the people in my party is a local resident and family member. I will make sure I inform the rest of my family members in and around the area to avoid this nail shop and to patronize other friendlier nail salons in the Elk Grove area. If I could rate my experience without stars I would.

Second time an appointment made and first time waited about 15min after appointment time. Second time ... made appt several days in advance and they could not honor mine nor the person that made appt same time....not a reliable place to make an appt.

Today was my first experience at this salon and they blew my expectations away! I booked through yelp and they responded fairly quickly. I love how clean it is and how they do a temperature check before hand. The salon itself is cute and I love the layout of it. The staff were super friendly and kind. Lani did my nails and she is honestly amazing. This nail salon has a new regular and I’ll definitely be telling my friends about this place.

First Organic Nails and Day Spa is my favorite, most relaxing place to be. When I moved to Elk Grove it took me a while to find that perfect nail place. Do yourself a favor, skip the struggle and come here straight away.Everyone is so sweet and kind and your nails will always look amazing!I love coming here, I love catching up with everyone, the owner is one of my favorite people of all time, and Im always so happy with everything when I leave.I highly recommend this salon for a relaxing experience!I would definitely recommend this place. This is my go-to nail salon in Elk Grove for gel and eye brow waxing. Parking is very easy and they close at 7pm during week days.Ive always had wonderful experiences with technicians there. There is one person who does eye brows and shes the sweetest! There is a wait time (sometimes) kind of depends what time you go in. But, there were times when I didnt wait at all.Ive never smell any strong chemicals like other reviewers were saying.I think Ive gotten pedicure once or twice awhile back but I normally just do color change instead of doing a full pedicure - and I do not remember the price.

Ive been coming here for about a year now and I absolutely love it. They never disappoint. They are quick and the quality is amazing. Ive never been cut here unlike other places Ive gone too. My nails always comes out looking amazing! Every single nail tech in the salon does a an amazing quality job and I always leave satisfied. They are all very knowledgeable and have even helped my natural nails grow and become stronger. I am never going anywhere else!I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

I wanted to try First Organic Nails and Day Spa based on good Google reviews. I loved it. My nail tech did a really nice job. I brought in a photo and she followed it to a T. I also liked their gel that came in small pots. The salon is very clean and nice. I will definitely go back. Good parking, too.

This might be my new favorite nail place! Too bad its so far from my house :(I had an excellent pedicure on my visit here. I was super happy and many weeks later my toes still look great. Im overdue for a pedicure and this toe job has held up. Lol!I had the candle pedicure which was very nice and relaxing. I got a great leg massage, hot towels, the works.This place is really big and I didnt have to wait at all. Its really nice on the inside.My manicurist did an excellent job.I am really looking forward to my next visit!

Just came by today to get a manicure with did an AMAZING job!!! My cuticles were cut perfectly and everything was just perfect. Everyone was so nice and soft spoken. My boyfriend got a pedicure and he said the lady was very gentle and did a great job! coming back.💘

I have been a customer of this place for a long time and had good experiences when it was under old Management. Todays experience was horrible. The lady started doing my nails after someone else explained to her what needed to be done. I have not seen this technician on any of my prior visits. Filing was not done properly and nails were uneven. When I asked her to correct that, I dont think she understood English as she just starred at me.Then another technician came and translated. It was till not good and I asked to speak to the manager or owner when she stated me owner you go.If the owner doesnt value customer service and has no idea how to communicate then no one should waste their time and money at this place.Very unprofessional and poor service.

Love it! Theyre very sweet, efficient, and great at what they do.I got nail art done for the first time and it came out fantastic. Upon showing them what I wanted, they quickly pointed me in the direction of the manicurist who specializes in free-hand nail art.Highly recommend!

I showed up as a walk-in during a weekday morning and I had to wait 10-15 min since I didnt have an appointment but that wasnt an issue. She did a great job with my nails and despite 2 of them being broken she did a fantastic job filing them down. She also listened to my requests of cutting my nails short and filing them down.Its also a clean, nice place and everyone there was friendly!

Best manicure and pedicure. Staff is polite and attentive. I had a gel manicure and it did not chip for more than three weeks. Salon looks very clean. Definitely will be going back.

The guy who does nails here is the worst. Hes always singing and messing around and his work shows. Hes sloppy. My nails were filed unevenly and the paint thick on some nails while thin on the others. It looked like different shades of color. This place also costs nearly twice as much as other places nearby: $80 for a gel fill and regular polish pedicure, with nothing special or fancy (no rhinestones, design, nothing but polish). Seriously, go elsewhere. Id recommend Safety Nails or Zela, both on Elk Grove Blvd.

Came here to get a pedicure with my girlfriend. It was my first time and I really enjoyed it. A lot better than I expected. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I went in today in search of a new place, since my old one was slacking and cutting corners all the time. When I walked in, it was not the snazziest place, but the service was great. This has been our go-to salon for the last few years. All things considered, we love it. There have been a few times when weve had to wait because its been busy, but generally were able to be seated within a few minutes.

My visit at First Organic Nails was Fantastic! From the time I walked in, was greeted with a smile, and helpfulness. This was was 2nd visit there, but my first time receiving a mani and pedi. The 2 ladies that took care of me were wonderful! I would absolutely reguest them again when I return. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. I love it!!!

Absolutely the worst place. They asked if I wanted the Deluxe or Luxury men’s manicure/pedicure from a menu they had given me. I chose basic mani/pedi which was listed in smaller print on the menu. The tech whispered something to another lady and the other lady begged me to get the Deluxe or Luxury. I stayed with basic. The tech rushed through my mani/pedi. No lotion, no massage, and then asked me to wash my hands after my manicure as if I was getting a fill or something.Pet Peeve: Salons that use gloves for mani/pedi.They were so rude to the kids who were being serviced.If a customer walks in, greet them at the front instead of yelling across the room, “HOW CAN I HELP YOU?” Won’t be going back.

The organic nail spa was terrible. The worker who was doing my nails glued his finger to my hand by accident. The male worker was also very messing when doing my nails, it had a messy paint job and the shape to the acrylic nails looked very unfinished and still had some chippings from clipping the nails. The worker also was working with another person while doing my nails, he was in a rush trying to do 2 things at once and was painting my nails in a hurry and didn’t even cover my whole nail with the nail polish. Overall my nails were looking like I did it myself while bowling, but even if I did it myself while bowling it still would’ve looked better than what the male worker had done. It looked terrible.

Horrible customer service. They talked to me as if I was asking for free services. I didn’t get anything done because they were too busy for me. She just said we’re busy and went back to doing what she was doing. She didn’t bother to asked me if I wanted to come back later or schedule an appointment. Horrible place and they won’t be getting any business from me.

This place has an eye-catching name First Organic Nails. Because of the name Organic, I decided to go inside the store to try it out. So I inquired about the pricing. So this middle age lady gave me the menu . After reviewing the menu, I asked about the description of different types of Pedi/Mani since it was not listed on the menu.The owner had a difficult time explaining and basically said, try it out, Its very good. And I ended getting man and Pedi gel without thinking twice. The lady made me sit at the chair with the hot water and told me someone will be right there in few minutes. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to do my pedi and I see the same lady who made me sit down walking back and forth. She occasionally passes by and smiles at me and talks to other customers.I was like thinking to myself should I walk out....And after 45 minutes, the lady walking back and forth comes and starts doing pedicure. Pretty strange. Why couldnt she started earlier and wasted my time. She starts doing my pedicure but not taking any interest in cleaning my toes...constantly looking at the TV. And after 15 minutes, she asks another person to finish the work. Im just sitting with a glass of wine and thinking its strange. And this nice young lady (Karina), examines my leg ...nodded and restarted doing it again. And she started applying a wrong nail polish. I had to immediately tell her thats not the color which I picked out. Then she does my manicure, within 10 minutes it was done. She asks me do you need a massage for manicure....hmmmmm....They told me my nail paint should last 3 weeks but thats correct..it only lasted a week. It started coming off. I would say Karina is very nice and polite. If I have to go back again, would get my pedicure done with her. But this place, they only use lotions to massage and hot stone. I rather pay the same money another place to get paraffin and other stuffs for cheaper.

Just left there got a pedicure and I am extremely unhappy. The girl didnt even ask me if I wanted her to cut my nails she cut them so short they look ridiculous. What makes it worse is Im leaving on vacation in 2 days So my feet will be looking horrible.

Great prices for the area :) Ive always hated my toe nails and was too embarrassed of them to wear sandals. I finally broke down and got my first pedicure ever, they were very professional and turned my ugly toes into cute ones!

This Nail Salon is one of the worst ones I have ever been to, it was my first time there and I’m not happy with it. First of all it’s very dirty on sanitized and the employee first of all it’s very dirty on sanitized and The lady that did my nails Had unhappy face. She did not do what I asked her she did a bad job. I will never come back to this Nail Salon I will never come back to this Nail Salon.

The first time (two weeks ago) was very pleasant. The lady was great and gave me a little extra bling on my 4 nails. The second visit two weeks later was not pleasant at all. I explained to the man that worked there that i had a crack on my thumb nail...ok..ok...i fix it. He was talking on the phone, telling jokes and not really paying attention to my nails. I asked if he could make two of my nails either a different color or add bling to them and he said no need....look good already. I said but I want them different. He said again, that i didnt need to as they looked good already. I then said, if you dont know how to do it, can you ask someone else. He said... I am a professional, I know how to do it. I let it go and when i went to pay he said that it would be $25. I said, thats what the lady charged me two weeks ago and she gave me 4 nail designs. He said new owners, different price. So I paid and left not a very happy customer. And of course the next day my thumb nail broke through the crack that he said he would fix. I am not going back. Im sure if you get any of the ladies that work there, youll be ok. But im not going to trust it myself. Good Luck!!!

Horrible service, had an appointment for 4 people, looks like they took a group of 3 right before we got there. So they did not have room or employees to service for us. Girl just left me to do eyebrows for two other people, never came back.

Terrible place to be in! I called before going. Im getting there I was told to wait for one hour before they could attend to me but a lady walks in and they started to work on her. Terrible folks with evil minds!!
