We gave the keys to Robert over Spring Break, and he transformed our dance floor into a shiny no slip bamboo dance floor. We were not sure it would work, but he worked his magic, and we will be using him again this summer for our larger dance floor. Very professional, very nice, very good job.

Bob and his crew are outstanding at what they do. Customer service is top notch, and their attention to detail is second to none. They stripped away the old carpet, repaired some funky areas of the old hardwood, and made the old floor look amazing. 2 months later, we are still very pleased and would recommend Bob and his crew to anyone looking for professional results.

They took our extremely damaged original hardwood floors in a 1950s home to WOW in less than 2 days. While on the job site, Bob and crew were all incredibly kind and took a lot of pride in their work. We bought a 1963 house that had been painted without careful masking, so in addition to regular wear and tear on the original oak flooring, it had paint everywhere. We had Bob and his crew do an abrade and re-coat. While it didnt get every scratch and stain out, it got rid of all the paint drips and gave the floors a major facelift. They were easy to work with, quick, and fairly priced. Floors look great!

The job was very well done from first contact through completion. Everything was executed as represented. The true measure of our satisfaction is that the floors are gorgeous while doing business with Blue Ribbon was a pleasure.

The company is aptly named. They took our original 1954 oak floors back to their glory days. Mixing the old with the new. Beautiful!! LEMONADE FROM LEMONS: They did a very nice job on our wood flooring - it looks terrific! But while helping move the furniture around, the guys accidentally damaged other wood flooring in the home - that was not a part of the job area. Without asking, Bob took the initiative to have his crew sand/refinish the whole hallway and room that was damaged, without sticking out a hand for additional $. It is rare to find vendors who stand by their good name. Go Blue Ribbon!

Poor Customer Service! I would give zero stars if I could. I would not recommend this company! Bob took on a job and subbed the job out after promising he could do the job and get it done in 2 weeks. We were left with our downstairs bathroom without a toilet and he said the installer said he could not reseat the toilet so they left the toilet in our bathtub. It was additional cost to us to hire a plumber to install the toilet. The initial bid was changed several times over the two week period of time. Our walls and cabinets were not covered or protected during the demo although Bob assured us they would be covered. Our floors are peaking and cupping and I level. Our house was left a total mess! It is going on 3 months and we still do not have full use of our home!

Bob and Dan were prompt, professional and did a fantastic job of restoring our wood flooring that I thought I had ruined. It is beautiful, just as Bob said it would be. Dan came back for a very minor blemish and fixed it within10 minutes. I would highly recommend this company.
