I went to All Star not knowing quite what I needed to break concrete around a fence post; a 6” by 6” post 11” below grade. I was shown the correct tool, how to safely use it, I bought a remarkable set of a safety goggles with a lens like bifocals. Then I was taught the professional methods to break and remove the broken concrete and rotted wood. Obviously, they knew I had no idea what I was doing. All Star is the only rental I recommend. The job went really well. Yes, All Star gets five stars

Excellent Customer Service. I’m a female who walked into a supply store with Zero knowledge of what I was looking for to complete my garden project. The guy at the counter was so awesome and patient and knowledgeable about the products. He helped me pick out the equipment I needed. He showed me how to use it, showed me how to load it, but loaded it and tied it down for me but not before showing me how to use it. Ladies if you are doing a garden project and need to get equipment and youre kinda shy about going to equipment stores, go to ALL STAR RENTS. They are very nice and helpful and will help you out.

They had the equipment we needed and were very easy to work with. 4 stars because we scheduled delivery for 9am and didn’t get a call till after 9 letting us know they were loading up. I was on a tight schedule that day. In the end, everything worked out. Delivery and pickup went pretty smooth. Also wish there was a central number that would dispatch out of the closest office. Very helpful staff.

Half day prices were more expensive than the competitors full day rate. Customer service was good but if the circumstances were different I would have never rented from them just based on rates. I have a small business and this hurts because my customers end up having to pay more and for some everything counts.

I was very happy with doing business with All Star Rentals. I rented a tree stump shredder. They explained how to work it and everything. And, it went fine. Until I couldnt get it to start up again after taking a break and drinking a glass of water. Anyway, I had to return it. They gave me another one and some extra rental time to finish the job.I didnt expect that level of kindness or service. Found what I was looking for great place

Quinn and the guys were very helpful. Made sure I had what I needed and knew how to use the equipment. The prices are better than most of the local competitors and its right in Elk Grove so its easy to rent from and get right to my house to work.

Ive always been a little wary when dealing with rental companies. However, these folks, at this location have been wonderful to deal with. Friendly and professional, they left me with a feeling like I had borrowed a tool from a buddy. A slight problem with the equipment (obviously caused by the previous renter and one that could not have been discovered prior to my turn) was handled professionally and with great concern about any inconvenience caused to me. Good folks!

Very professional equiptment rental company that will do there best to give you a good experience in there store.

All-Star rents reserved a boom lift for me in advance and had it ready to go the morning of the rental. They made sure I felt comfortable with the controls as it was a different brand lift than I was used to. Price was low enough to turn in a competitive bid on my project.

Awesome customer service on the phone, called the location in North Highlands first, they didnt have the equipment I needed, but found that the location in Elk Grove did have it. Called there next, very friendly with reservation of equipment. On pickup and return of equipment, very nice staff, professional, went over the equipment usage and helped with loading/unloading. Would recommend them as a great place to rent from after this experience.
