My name is Anthony and I’d like to tell you how I met an incredible realtor, Dwayne Brown…This is my story, not knowing how to find a good realtor, I went with my banks recommendation… and needless to say, I was not impressed…. I told my new realtor I was looking for a particular type of home, a duplex, buying both sides, and that there was one in my neighborhood that was for sale, that I really wanted to buy. (Duplexes are a rare find in my neighborhood.) This was on a Monday, and I didn’t hear back from them until Thursday. But the amazing part was that this property was “Off Market”, with “No MLS listing” and no “For Sale” sign signifying that the property was even for sale!!!  Dwayne even negotiated the property to a cheaper price than the original home!  I now have the home I wanted with over $120,000 in equity!  This was incredible!!! I am still blown away by what he did in such a short time!!!  From finding the home to the close of escrow in 2 months! Dwayne Brown has been our realtor for over 15 years now. My wife and I began our search for our first home in 2005. Dwayne was there for us every step of the way.
