David did an exceptional job on my carpets. I can’t say enough to express how pleased I am. My carpets were so dirty I had decided they would need to be replaced. I had them cleaned professionally once before by someone else and didn’t see much improvement. I remembered my sister had been referred to Delta Steam by her Realtor. I called and scheduled a cleaning thinking I’d give it one last shot. When I arrived home after he’d cleaned the carpets I was Astonished! I never imagined in my wildest dreams that he would be able to get them that clean. They look brand new! I’m not exaggerating. Every stain is gone and he even removed the gum. I called Delta Steam-Way and David came over the same day to give me an estimate on my rental. He saved the carpet and even got fountain ink out of the carpet that the previous renters had spilled. David rearranged his schedule to clean my carpet because my new renters were coming in from out of town to move in on a Sunday. The machine that David uses is nothing like the little machines that are used by other carpet cleaners and they were more expensive. I will recommend Delta Steam-Way to anyone that needs carpet cleaning. The prices are reasonable and David takes pride in the job that he does. He is not a just get in and out guy. Carpets look amazing ! Extremely professional! The carpets had stains & bad odor from pets, but they are completely gone ! Highly recommend !! :)
