Worst company ever...DO NOT SIGN UP with them....apparently, this company charge an activation fee for absolutely nothing.. I spoke with the COO Al, politely asking for a refund and to deactivate my account ... Al got super defensive and was absolutely rude...

Wow. Worst customer service I have experienced in an incredibly long time. And that customer service came from the CEO of the company. I will be letting our HR company who recommended we try hiresafe know not to recommend their company in the future.

Awful customer experience, called to tell me that I clearly wasnt smart enough to read the doggone thing.... charge you to sign up without offering any services and refuse to refund when they dont follow through.
