I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They did everything they could to get my AC working again and at the lowest price. I will be going to them for all my repairs and maintenance from now on.

The only place my family and I trust our vehicles to. Tired of taking my cars in to other places and being told I need more done than need to. Finally an honest straightforward answer.

Had to wait a week for an appointment and they had my car a few days but it was totally worth it. My car runs better than it has in months and the price was far less than I expected or would have paid elsewhere.I will not take my car anywhere else.

I couldnt get into my dealership within a decent timeframe for a headlight bulb change, so I came to Import Garage based on reviews. So, so happy I found this place! First and foremost, the guys at this shop were super kind from the moment I called to the moment I walked out the door. They also literally saved me hundreds of dollars which brings me to my next, most valuable point. Being a woman, I usually and unfortunately get taken advantage of at places like this -- either get told I need things I actually dont, or I get spoken down to in a condescending way. I was so extremely happy that I did not experience this at Import Garage. I was treated with respect and most importantly, sincerity. I was charged a tiny fraction of what I would have paid elsewhere because the shop guys wanted to make sure I could get back on the road safe and sound with functioning headlights. Im forever grateful to have found this place and will be bringing our vehicles here from here on out. Thanks guys, you all rock!

Went to the business based on good reviews and hopes to save money. They spent longer than I wanted diagnosing my vehicle (other cars were ahead), but ultimately advised me to go to the dealer. They said they would have to outsource some of the work that needed to be done to the dealer anyhow, and by using the dealer directly I would save time and money. I was surprised by their honesty. Then they advised they were not charging me for the diagnostics (minimum of $110 fee). I am going to be back to this business in the future for sure,I recommend them based on their honesty and professionalism.

I took my 2014 Mazda CX-5 in for a 115K mile service and Jeremy took great care of our car!! Even during these crazy times of Covid and getting slammed with customers before me, he still took the time to acknowledge and keep me in the loop of the servicing progress. He explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable with his recommendations. It’s no wonder why the people from Roseville ahead of me would come all the way out to see these guys for their service. If anyone doesn’t have a trusted auto shop, highly recommend bringing your needs to Import Garage. These guys know what they’re doing and treat their customers extremely well! Great job fellas!

I was installing a backup camera in my car and was having problems with hooking up to the backup lights. I went over there to see if there was an easy solution and preferably have them do it for me. Ran into two are the owners who will very personable and they were nice enough to come out and look at my car. They could not do it then. Told me that they could look at it In three days time. I was able to figure it out by myself but if I ever have any need I will definitely go back and see them

The beat mechanic I have ever had in my 30 years of driving a vehicle. Honest, quick, and everything you’ve ever wanted out of a mechanic. I will do business with them for the rest of my life.

Dustin runs a shop that is professional and personal. He is an expert mechanic and no bs guy. You cant ask for more. I always trust in getting the best service. Dont hesitate to being your vehicle in to him. Dustin has worked on Nissan and Toyota for me and he has always been upfront with cost and professional with any of my questions. I highly recommend Import Garage.

Jeremy and Jason were polite and friendly and took their time to explain the issue with my vehicle. First time here and I feel like the time they took and price they charged were reasonable.

Do not recommend this mechanic. Received excuses for delays and labor hours were excessive. Had to take vehicle back twice because of “oversights” during assembly. Missing bolts, clamps, sensors not plugged back in. Still finding issues to this day. Expert Automotive recommended this place but I won’t be going back.

This one of the most honest shops in elk grove. Prices are very reasonable if not the best in town. Shop if very knowable on what they are doing and very good at explaining the issues that need to addressed.

Brought my car in for some maintenance, it took them a week to fix, then another week to diagnose why it wasnt working after the first fix. Had to bring my car to a different mechanic
