Read the contract completely. Some of the items they sell are broken. You will not get a refund. You will be charged a fee if you do not pay in 5 days and you will lose the item you paid for plus your money if you do not pick it up in 10 days ( Which I think its against the law, possible class action lawsuit). They are not customer oriented. It is their way or the highway. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Ive been buying from bidrl for years and never really like the elk grove location because the old manager was rude and had attitude but now they have Gabe i believe thats her name she is a awesome Manager and most the guys there are pretty cool now too, the experience i had with Gabe was i live about a hour away and got tons of traffic that day and i know they close at 5:30 and my gps said i would be there at 5:30 exactly so i called in and was expecting her to say no thats to late were closing already as some bidrl would do. But she went above and beyond not only did she stay and pull it for me she did it with a great attitude and me being a sales manager appreciate service like that wow so awesome please give her a raise or something thanks Gabe truly appreciate you, keep up the great work and customer service...👍👌🙏👏💯💯💯

Some of the best, most personable employees work at this location. I always go on Saturdays and the two main gentlemen & the gal with the amazing colors in her hair make coming here so much fun! Theyre so helpful, quick, & kind!

The hard part is finding the place. It was all the way at the end of the complex. The signs are obscured. It was a smooth transaction. It took awhile but understandable since its new for the bidrl site. If they added a portable sign by the street pointing in will help for first timers.

The staff is courteous, they organize and for the most part do a good job taking pics of the inventory.

Employees act like God in this store! Staff like to ban people if you violate their terms and conditions. Wife did not have time to pay the item on time. Guess what! They just banned me when I asked for a waiver. I paid for the item, premium, and listing fees to get the items. At the end, I paid close to the retail price for the items. Avoid this business at all cost. I consider this business as the lowest level of wal-mart that you could possibly think of. I am not allow to use their restrooms. Banning people for one missed payment definitely will lose customer loyalty. Thank you for the memory but I will take my money to those who appreciate me better.Stay cheap and carry the God mode toward your customers! Customers will avoid this business. You don’t need to ban me. I just stop doing business with you.

This place sells expired dog food! What else, they will ban you or remove your profile to bid if you complain to them! What a great way to do business! Now! They want me to contact them to resolve the issues. Too bad! I rather shop somewhere than dealing with business that ban people to bid when you complain. Now, the owner realizes that his/her employees act beyond his/her roles and responsibilities. In the end, the business suffers!

I dont even like to give them a 1 star so unprofessional way of doing business.I kmow how these auctions work the things you get not always perfect as they are customer returns , missing parts, damaged etc.But you cant auction food item , dog food , cat food etc that is expired who is responsible if someone geys sick by consuming those products. I want them to return couple of those food product items as they are expired but i think the manger their lady refused to do so, i said its ok no big deal but be carefull somebody might sue you for this. But after 1 week i try to post bidding on some items i found out they blocked my account, good for them, nice way todo business.

This place will literally put junk on website for people to bid on. I mean if theyre going through it to put up for auction and noticed that its beyond repair or salvageable then throw it out. Dont waste peoples time and give them false hopes of getting something useful. So of the 4 times that ive won bids for items. ive had to throw away a couple of items that I won Everytime. So Im paying them money to throw away their trash. Umm no more...
