Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Kushner’s office. Everyone I spoke to at the office was super helpful. I called their office regarding my dental coverage and the front desk did a great job following up with me and providing accurate information. My hygienist also did a great job and was kind! Dr. Kushner did a great job explaining my x-rays. He also explained what he was going to do before he started each task. My teeth are much cleaner and my chipped tooth is fixed! If you’re nervous about going to the dentist, this is the place to go! Everyone was super nice and checked in to make sure I was doing okay!

Dentist are ALWAYS frightening to me.. BUT 1. Jackie (the assistant) makes it SO much easier ! She’s HONESTLY ALWAYS so great! Super friendly, she talks you through things, and I can really appreciate that even after not seeing me for 6 months (or more if I happen to wait a little longer for a cleaning) she remembers exactly who I am! That definitely makes you feel so much more comfortable!Dr.Kushner is just as awesome! My first time having work done by him he was SO nice, walked me through everything, made sure I was ok all throughout the visit, and constantly asking if I needed anything. Having a dentist like that, and NOT someone who’s just straight to the point, does their work & bam you leave, is really comforting, especially for someone like me who has A LOT of anxiety about dentist.Even the front desk woman (I believe her name is Mary Ellen?) is great!I’m so glad I found this office, I’ll be sticking here for as long as I can. I got my mother to come to this office, &once my son is old enough I most definitely will be taking him to Dr.Kushner as well !

Dr. Yang did a very good job fixing the gap on my tooth from a filling that wasnt done right from another place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you ever need dental work done.

I have been using this dentist for at least ten years and now live in the suburbs and still make the 50 mile round trip downtown because this office has the best staff and dentists...they give you absolutely personalized treatment and remember details from visit to visit that astound me, their staff really seem to care about each patient individually. And the care is top shelf, I have never been treated as well or as professionally by another office. Highly recommended!

This review only confirms what others have said about this location. This dental office is the best dental office I have ever been to. I spent almost a decade at another office not too far from Crossings. I will not mention their name but lets just say their outfit is less than Premier. From the first step into The Crossings office, you can tell this is not your ordinary dental suite. Everything is top of the line, state of the art and completely new. All of the technology you would expect from a service like dentistry is there. I can not say enough about this place. And its not just the Dr.s. The staff is just as wonderful. My family and I are so happy we made the switch and look forward to having our kids grow up with Dr. Kushner as our family dentist.

I dont write reviews, but I felt the need to here. I truly felt like this entire office was on my side and looking out for my best interests. Dr. Kushner and associates are the best around in my opinion. My family is in complete agreement. Though we havent been an easy family to treat (!) due to soccer-broken teeth, diabetes, and a host of other challenges, theyve helped keep our dental health the best it can be. Rindi the hygienist is especially worthy of praise because in all the cleanings Ive had over the past 60+ years, she didnt hurt a thing. Im grateful to have this excellent practice in my hometown.

My family and I have had some bad experiences with other Dentists in our time; so we know how important good dental care is, and what a pain it can be if... Alan Kushner&Assoc. at both offices, has been our care-home since the early 90s when the kids were young. Trusting the staff there to provide the best possible care for us has proven to be a very good move. I beam with pride to see my girls beautiful smiles, but I have to admit, not only is it genetics, its quality care too! Fast, efficient, expert care and we are always treated like family.

I have been visiting this office for more than 15 years. Although my original dentist has retired, I trust the recommendations of the dentists who currently practice here (including his son). The dental hygienist is also excellent. In my experience, this office does not recommend costly or unnecessary procedures just to collect more money.

I would give negative votes, if I could. I have proof to show.I and my wife went for some cavity issue. We have Cigna HMO dental insurance. While treating my wife, the dentist said, he is filling four cavities. That is lot of cavities, which is not expected for my wife with her regular management of her teeth. While I am waiting, went to pay for the treatment, they billed for seven cavities, 3 large($180 each ), 4 small($70 each), plus X-rays, and all. I paid after Cigna HMO adjustments, $508 plus $93 for my fillings, on the spot using my credit card. After one month, they sent another bill for $50. With HMO plan, you cant send further bills as the insurance clearly tells how much client has to pay upfront, no negotiation either with insurance or the client.Then I contacted Cigna, providing all the reciepts. They figured out after 3 days of chasing them. Cigna settled and said, patient owe nothing. Cigna said, it is unusual to charge the client on HMO like that. I asked to open an enquiry on the number of cavities filled, which I believe they wrongly represented.These guys are nice talking but try to swindle money. I would NOT go again to them any more.

The personnel are friendly and professional and the office continually updates with the latest technological developments. Going to a dental office is not my favorite thing to do but Crossing Dental are so nice and caring I dont dread it as much. Ive had lots of work done and have never had a problem. At other dental offices cleanings have been painful and my mouth has hurt for the rest of the day, not with Crossing Dental! If you are looking for gentle, kind, and non-aggressive dental care go see them.

This is a very warm, family-friendly office. The dentist and hygienist are very thorough but gentle. Each chair has its own TV, a nice touch and not something Ive seen before at a dentists office. Great location too, easy to get to.

I receive friendly and gentle care with Dr. Kushners office. They are honest and helpful when treating your teeth and gums. I moved further from the office and would rather make a drive to stay with this office than start over with another office.

I highly recommend this office. I had been seeing them along with my sisters and parents for many years. During part of that time, I lived abroad but continued to make my regular check ups when I was in town for visits. I have since moved out of the state and dont make it back as often but I miss the level of care and friendly interactions I had with Dr. Kushner and staff.

I have been a patient at Crossings Dental for a number of years and my experience has always been very positive. All of the staff is friendly and accommodating.

I had sudden pain where I could not sleep my whole face hurt and I was traveling on vacation the next day. Dr Kushner saw me determined I had an abscessed tooth that needed to be pulled. Within 45 mins I had the tooth out. He explained all the options and was very professional and I was able to get to the the airport on time. After returning from my trip, they took full x-rays and determined a plan to deal with my remaining problems. Thank you for the wonderful service!Kevin Ake, CPA
