When dealing with Irvin Lyons, run away from COLDWELL BANKER. Worst experience ever!!Rental mgmt skills are the worst of decision making. Irvin Lyons, calls unqualified contractothe to work on house repairs. Lost over $4500 in damage on flooring and ceiling from toliets, dishwasher repairs.Top it off he never checked out repairs after claiming he paid contractor.More to add, Irvin Lyons bills Those owners for paint and never paints the interior.Recommend all house owner who need a rental MGMT, use someone else.

If the Elizabethtown Coldwell Banker Office can sell my house, then they can sell anyone’s! There are a lot of experiences that I hear about between a Realtor and the Client. A family bond is what I have heard on multiple occasions. My experience with the Elizabethtown Coldwell Banker Office has been just that, because I don’t know one family that isn’t dysfunctional. A string of unexplainable events such as the holidays, a longer time table with banks and property transactions, 3 real-estate transactions taking place at once, a time frame that was military and maternity dictated, and individuals hundreds of miles apart made this a difficult transaction for this Office. I have been told from several individuals during this experience that this is one of the most difficult transactions they have ever seen. Irvin Lyons had the connections to get my house market ready. He took the time to find me an Electrician and a Contractor and had them complete outstanding work at a reasonable price. He got me on the market and under contract only weeks before Christmas, which I hear is a difficult task. There was some communication errors and some headaches, like all property transactions nothing is easy, but He got the house sold! Now my family can focus on the birth of our Son, expected any day now and getting settled into our new location. Thanks again Irvin!

Hard to get someone to return calls. Signs on property were falling down. Not consistently listed online. Property sold resulting in thousands for the realtors but no one called to thank us for the listing.
