15 September ordered 10 /2pak 3.2 AA Batteries. No in stock in Etown ordered and waited for delivery 18th. Sat 18 no batteries. Monday morning received call batteries in. Arrived later in AM greeted by store employees said I came in for my Order. Batteries were bundled and wrapped in rubber band. I opened bundle and found only 8 paks not 10. I said there is only 8 and an employee went to another location so now we have 9 paks not 10. Employee says come back tomorrow. I said just charge me for 9 and that will be all, Please included the 10% discount I did not receive initially when I placed my order. I felt that had I not opened the batteries on the counter I would have been shorted purposely on my order. No one explained anything when I was given the batteries. The employees knew the order was short and no explaination when I picked up my order. Had I just picked up the batteries and not count them on the store counter I would have left with 8 packs in stead of the ordered 10. Not very professional. I am not going back ever to this store and will not order anything from Batteries Plus.

I order a battery for my camera 4 weeks ago and never got a call it was in. I checked at the store a few time. The store was not very helpful. Today i when back in to the store and found the battery i had order on the shelve for sale. So I am very unhappy with the service I received from Batteries + Bulbs.

We bought 4 new atv batteries around spring last yr. all of them had issues & had to be replaced. Had the battery go bad again & got told it was my atv!! Sooo the reason for all my batteries going bad in all the atv’s at different times was my atv’s...smh. They want to keep your battery for 48hrs so they can put it on a big charger till you get their & say its a good battery, but when you go to put it on its dead!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They do not stand behind the warranty!!!

Looking for a replacement battery for my UPC. They had it. I ordered it online, but could have walked in the store. Service was great. They also had the Edison LED bulb I needed with a 5 year warranty. I checked out their Duracell car batteries. $40 cheaper than Walmart $25 cheaper than the dealership. New tip -- Get your batteries and bulbs here. Save some $$!Went back!! Needed #10 hearing aid batteries. Saw they had a 48 pack for just $25. What the heck, Ill try em out. Best, longest lasting batteries Ive used in these hearing aids.Big Thumbs Up!!!

My iPad screen needed to be replaced. When my dad picked it up the top looked like they had pried the screen off because the top was bent and scratched and not even fully attached to the screen. There was also a gap in the bottom corner of the screen where the screen was not attached. Took it in to be re-fixed and when he got it back they said there was nothing that could be done to the top part they had damaged, there are now dark spots on the screen when the background is white, the home button feels like it is going to fall off, and my magnetic case no longer sticks to one third of the screen. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Ive gone in here several times for my battery needs. These are the batteries I use in my two pickups, tractors, motorcycle, backhoe, semi truck, garden tractor, garage door keychains, and as of yesterday my iPhone.Convenience:So much easier than exchanging batteries at Walmart or auto parts store. How much is your time worth? Want to waste your life in Walmart customer service line, have at it.Customer Service:If you bring in a large battery, most of the time they will meet you outside the store. When I was there yesterday, all 3 of the staff made a point to come talk to me and try and address any needs. They are knowledgeable about their products. Anything that needs a battery, these guys either know or can look it up. I was very impressed with their knowledge about IPhone batteries. It makes Apple geniuses look like morons.They always ask questions so they can make good recommendations. If you do something different, they respect it.Batteries coming in and out have terminals cleaned and voltage and load tested. Ive personally seen them not sell a battery to someone whos old battery was fine.Quality of batteries:The 4 heavy duty I put in my semi are quite remarkable that they are going strong after almost 5 years. These batteries have to run a slow discharge load for 10 or more hours a night a few days a week which is tough on regular starting (non deep cycle) batteries. If they fall below 11.7 volts, I have a low voltage warning switch off. This has only engaged the past 5 years when I left for extended periods running a load.The iPhone battery put in yesterday has charged fine and given me battery life I havent seen in 2 years. When it charged, it went from 31% to 100 quickly without generating any heat.

I brought what I thought was a bad lawn mower battery to the store manager CJ yesterday and was seeking a replacement. I told CJ that I was actually unsure if the suspected bad battery was the cause of my lawn mower problems. He offered to sell me a used battery that was good to take home to try on my mower and offered to keep my battery and give it a charge. He told me that if the battery wasnt the issue, I could return the one he sold me for a full refund and get my original battery back. I thanked him and went home. The battery ended up not being the issue. I returned to the store today and got a full refund on the battery I bought from CJ. He brought my old battery out and gave it back fully charged. He also cleaned the terminals, and did several tests on the battery in front of me to show me that it was good. This is an example of a local business going above-and-beyond to retain business. I would HIGHLY recommend CJ and his BatteriesPlus store to anyone needing friendly, polite and professional service. CJ, you have just gained a customer. Thank you so much....
