I happened across Cell Pharmacy while driving and stopped in to get a quote for a screen replacement on a Note 9. I was very happy with the results! It has now been a couple of weeks since Ive had the work done and the reason Ive waited to post my review. Ive had no issues with the screen nor the phone during this time so in the end ... excellent job!The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is due to a little frustration I experienced while going back and forth with the owner after the initial quote and trying to get same day service of which I was initially told. If I request a quote, I get one thats what I am expecting. Secondly, I also was told initially I could get my phone back the same day but later in conversation told the following morning. Although I had to delay taking my phone in (after paying a deposit of $120) for a couple of days, when I called I repeatedly had to ask for same day service. In the end, I did get same day service because I was able to arrive at the time owner stated to drop the phone off as after replacing the screen, I believe he said the phone has to sit for 6-8 hours.So again in the end, (1) I received the same day service I requested; (2) phone looksand works great; (3) no issues after two weeks; (4) priced approximately same as other businesses Ive gone to in Louisville, Elizabethtown ($200+). If not for the frustration, I would have given 5-stars. Overall service was such that yes I would return again ( hopefully not anytime soon) or refer this business.Thanks Cell Pharmacy Rx.June 28, 2020 ... not sure how to reply to owners response of $104 + tax so Im just doing an edit to my review as the reply is not my experience. Again, I was charged for a screen replacement $200+. $120 required down and balance due after work completed (receipts).

James is a great guy to work with. Hes honest, upfront, and puts all his cards on the table. He clearly explained pricing and the order of steps hed have to take to fix my phone. In the end, I opted not to have my phone repaired, but only because he explained how repairing it would cost more than getting a new one.Im grateful for his help.

Amazing, I came in with what I assumed was a pushed in charger. To remove the back and repair it would have cost around $100, but the own used a high tech microscope and found something had been lodged into the back of the charging port. Amazing honesty that saved me $100. I now know where im going if I ever have another phone problem

They are the real deal. Out of sheer convenience, I met the owner at the cleaners and decided to ask questions about repairing some cracks on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. He was able to order the parts and within a few days, he had my phone repaired within the one day that the order arrived. Its been a full month since the repair and Ive had no problems as my Note 8 looks and performs like its brand new. An excellent job by the staff, would highly recommend to anybody at any time!!

Amazing customer service!! Im a 3rd shifter and I messaged James at 1130pm Wednesday about a quote, thinking he would respond the next day. To my suprise he responded in less than 10 minutes, quoted me the best price. When I came in the next day he was courteous, nice, friendly, very helpful and informative, went above and beyond what I expected. He had my phone fixed on less than 45 minutes but i couldve sat there for hours and just chit chatted with him. Remarkable work and a smile you could see thru his facemask. Although it is unfortunate for me that I have business for them, they are fast, friendly, and have awesome prices! I busted my Asus ROG phone II (rare phone) and they fixed the screen and had it back to running like new in no time! I now have a Samsung Galaxy Gold and a Windows Surface Duo (another rare phone) and they said they can fix both of those as well! If its in the world and a cell phone, I can and will fix it is what the owner assured me of with complete confidence! Everything was upfront (no hidden fees) and I even was able to get a detailed quote from them BEFORE they started the work! Now, it did come to my phone needing a couple more parts and was an additional $33, but I was told if it needed new parts they would call me and make sure I was fine with the additional costs. Total repair was only $223 and that beats my deductable from a cell phone company I wont name but rhymes with AT&T! Highly recommend this place!
