No one is ever there or answers the phone
Ive been on auto-pay for several years. But recently, Hardin Billing Service suddenly changed without notice. Once I got that set-up (a couple months ago) in their new system, I thought that all was fine. However, that was not to be. They send nagging notices almost daily about a bill that isnt even due yet. Then I noticed this month that they changed the due date for each month.It would be reasonable to expect them to assign auto-pay to take place on the due date; but, they dont work that way. So when i noticed that they shifted the due date up, I had to go in and change the date for the auto-pay (to not be late).Come on man!
The 2 women that work in the HBS office are so friendly. I switched from auto-pay to save the fee, but getting to chat with the friendly staff is a welcome bonus.
