Norm came in and replaced our old sliding glass door. He showed up when he told us he would and completed the work on time. We are extremely happy with the work done and the door looks great! Would recommend to anyone!

Norm did the remodel of my bathroom 5 years ago. He did an excellent job. The work has held up beautifully. Do to an unforseen issue the work took a few days longer than expected, but thats to be expected when you cant see whats behind the walls before demo is done.

Absolutely horrendous dry wall job! Needed a 12 foot cathedral ceiling crack and two minor cracks repaired, a one week job that ultimately took almost 3 months for four visits to complete. Norm would never show up unless I called, always, supposedly, being tied up on other jobs. Upon completion, the sharp peak was now rounded off and the mud and tape were visible and uneven all the way across. The wall cracks also were uneven. The painted ceiling was left with unfinished edges even though he said he would do it. Phone calls the following day went unanswered and messages unreturned. He basically took his money and ran, knowing that he cheated his customers of professional and honest work. Within three months the ceiling has recracked. We had to have the entire job redone because Norm took on work he was highly unqualified to do. We would not recommend him to anyone for any job as he is not an honest person with his customers and he does extremely poor drywalling. He shows no pride in his work.

We had historic rain this year and our chimney and our J channel had cracks so we had water damage to the inside of our living room around our fireplace. I called Lanco and the same day I received a phone call and a visit for an estimate. Norm looked at it and was quoted for drywall but he wasn’t comfortable with repairing it until we fixed the problem which gave us an indication that he was someone we could trust. We repaired the outside of our chimney and Norm and his partner Barry was able to come the next day to start as they pulled everything out we saw there was mold growing and installation was soaked during the whole process of tearing down Norm took the time to educate us on everything that was going on which was helpful for us because we are first time homeowners. They also suggested to put in outlets up top by our tv so no cords will show so with all of this mess at least we got a little upgrade. Took a week to do which we are very pleased with Lanco Construction and will use them again in the future!

When our old kitchen cabinets started falling off the wall, we went to Norm for a new kitchen. He worked with us from beginning to end, providing ideas from his experience with kitchens (quite a few of which we implemented). After design was complete, he and Bruce went to work tearing out our old kitchen. They took it down to sub-flooring, then built up from there. There were some hiccups along the way (manufacturer delivered faulty cabinets, then shipped out broken replacements. After sending a total of five broken cabinets, Wolf Cabinets finally got everything right!), but Norm and Bruce got everything up and functional. We love the kitchen! Great job from beginning to end.

HORRIBLE !!!!! The experience we had was so bad that words cant begin to describe it. All we wanted was hardwood flooring installed that we already had on site and the sub floor was already completed and crown and base molding along with painting one room and hallway. This should of been a 5 day job that lasted over 3 months. The owner/contractor for Lanco was Norm, he hires anyone with a saw to do work for him and He never oversees the work or contacts the customer to assure work is even being done. Weeks went by at a time with no one showing up and our home in disarray, the work that was being done included crooked trim, spackled walls that were never sanded before being painted so now we cant even install outlet covers because the the mounds of spackle are to high around the outlets. All the trim was caulked and spackled but also never sanded before painting so now we have big globs of spackle we have to sand and repaint over, the holes for the floor vents were never cut out so now we have to do that as well as remove parts of the floor that he just nailed through and now we walk on nails that are sticking up and the list goes on.... For this great work we were privileged to pay almost $9,000 in which we will be going to court to retrieve. DO NOT USE LANCO!!!! If you want to see his craftsmanship just respond to this with an email and I will send you pictures. There are plenty of good contractors out there but unfortunately we got a dud .....
