Stericycle offers much information about OSHA, HIPPA & SAFETY compliance. Also regulated medical waste information. They have on line training information. I highly recommend STERICYCLE to help achieve a safe work place for all.

I received on OSHA report from Stacy Onofrietti. Indicating that she had completed compliance training at my office. The report was fictitious and the customer signature on it was fraudulent. Our office was closed on the day she claimed she was there. Poor business practice! I have tried to contact a supervisor, but they will not return phone calls. Looking for another waste management company...
