My husband & I broke down on the NJTurnpike last Sunday night around 10pm (not a fun event). I called Tuminos who sent WIllie over within 20 minutes. Willie was extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process and made it as pleasant as it could be. I then worked with Amanda at the front desk the next day who helped me with payments & logistics as my car was stored there overnight. I cant thank the team at Tuminos enough. Everyone was patient and extremely helpful as I had many questions. Thank you for your professionalism, just want to add again- Willie you are AWESOME!

They are very rude especially the lady at the front desk soon as you walk in. They will not let you get any belongings out the car (including the money to pay them) prices are extremely unreasonable. Just not a good company at all

Had to have the companies big truck towed. Vin arrived in a timely manner and was courteous and respectful of the equipment.

Excellent service 30 minutes ahead of ETA driver very professional I would definitely recommend this company for your services driver even went through extra effort to put my military truck in a tight spot to get it into even know o told him not to worry about it he went above and beyond his efforts to get my truck to a hard spot to back into thank you very much Tuminos towing I would recommend your business to anyone who needed it thanks again 9/28/18

Excellent Customer Service!!!

OVER PRICED and RUDE...Their business is 0.5 miles away from where my car is, and the Destiination is 2.7 miles away. Out of all seven places I called, this was the highest price. $150. Then he started to ask questions, frankly none of his business, and completely unrelated to the service I needed and that he was providing. What does my engine issues or supposed tire issues have to do with anything? There are no tire issues, hence no flatbed needed. Even though there are engine issues, it could drive up to the tow truck to be strapped on, it just cannot stay on for a long time. The man was extremely rude on the phone. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. I guess when he heard my feminine voice on the phone, he thought he could get one over on me. This man needs a reality check. Doesn’t he know that there are reviews online. Does he not know that we can call other companies and compare prices. The fact that he insulted my intelligence is the worst part. How can you stay in business with those rip off prices or do you just do that to females?

Driver arrived within ten minutes of my call even though they said a half hour. Not only was he a pleasure to deal with but he went above and beyond. Fair prices and great work.

Company heavy truck was towed by this company. They were promopt, driver was courteous, and knowledgable. Kenny was the driver and has some serious backing skills. Had a great ride with you Kenny.

I was in a car accident and my car had to be towed they were the ones that were called to tow it. I went the same day to get the car not even 5 hours later and when I went they was charging me 841 I dont have that type of money I didnt wake up planning to be in a accident. So my mother told them Id give them the title to just let me my belongings we were told that the 841 would still need to be paid that I couldnt see it or anything meaning I cant even get the license plates . My thing was its so expensive the car was there probably less then 5 hours and they really wanted 841 and the lady was very rude . She might have 841 laying around but some people dont I would say not to use them if I have the choice ! Im actually going to talk to a lawyer or something cause my dad has delt with towing companies before and he said these people are rip offs . Because I need my license plates .

My fleet travels all over the United States and have used many towing companies and the Tumino Crew is by far one of the best. My driver was very impressed on the ETA that was promised, and the skills of their operator. I would recommend Tuminos to anyone.

Lady in the office told me I was missing a penny and wouldn’t let me take the car

There survive is horrible!!! The secretary is very VERY RUDE!!! Nd EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Over price is over the Roof!!! AND ONCE UR VECHICLE IS IN THEIR YARD THEY STEALLLL L!!!

Dishonest and incompetent.

My car was stolen and after it was retrieved instead of doing the obvious and calling me to pick it up it was totally unnecessary towed to this place .i called to find out the details and was told they closed at 1pm and unless i wanted an additional day storage added to the almost $ 400 bill i would need to come and pay for it .it was 8am i live 2 hours away and within that time frame i had to get the police release documents!! Lesson here dont get towed because i still am mystified as to how my car gets stolen but i have to pay for unnecessary towing and storage..total nightmare!!

I was charged a storage fee for my bike when I didn’t store my bike here. I took my bike the same day. That’s just unethical and dishonest.

Worst towing service!!! They charge me $764 to tow my truck and store it for two days because they were closed on Sunday and they lost my car keys!! . Dont use their service unless you wanna get ripped off!

Don’t race your time worst place the towed my truck because starter was a problem and I am stuck there for 3 days I bring it my own new starter the charge me for label 1199$

50 min wait for a truck to arrive, at 1st hook up charge was $160, then once weve reached destination, it was $180. Crooks. Then they charge $100 for tolls meanwhile their was prob $30 in tolls total. To go 15 miles came out to over $400. Ridiculous
