Danny and his team removed asbestos floor tiles from my basement this morning and did a great job. I’ve never had this work done before and didn’t know what to expect. Danny answered my questions quickly, and the team did exactly what he said they would do. Sealed off the rooms, protected the rest of the house and left the basement clean afterwards. Great company!

In the middle of a kitchen renovation, asbestos was found underneath my tile floor! I was beside myself and had no clue about what to do. I found Danvic Contracting, LLC on the internet. I called and was immediately put at ease by the woman who answered the phone. She gave me a appointment for that afternoon; she said Danny would call me about a half hour before to confirm. Danny called when he was on his way, which was in the middle of the snowstorm! His estimate was very reasonable.I explained to him that my husband has severe lung issues and Danny realized this was and that the asbestos née to be removed ASAP. I called Danny to get a quote for removing asbestos siding on my house. He answered all my questions, thoroughly went over the work that was going to be done, and gave me a quote the same day. I contracted Danvic to remove an old asbestos tile from the floor of a house I recently purchased. Danny and his team did an excellent job. Not only did they remove the tile. They also removed an entire thin layer board that the tile was glued on. They left the original structural wood floor nice and clean without leaving a trace of any old tile or adhesive. There is not enough great things to say about Danny and his company! Beyond professional, pleasant, timely, compliant, patient, understanding etc etc etc!!We found out that our attic contained asbestos while under contract; sadly it fell through. We immediately contacted several contractors to give us an estimate for abatement. Danny showed up that same day, had an estimate to us within 48 hours (honestly could’ve even been 24 hours..), and not only was his price one of the best, he agreed to have the job done by the following weekend! While I was searching for companies to remove asbestos and mold for the house I was buying, I was really happy to find Danvic Contrating LLC which can do both. Submitted an online request and received response right way from Dan to make an appointment for free estimation. Dan was very responsive and arrived on time to estimate the cost, explain the process and provide me a very reasonable price to remove both asbestos and mold. I have a multiple family rental properties with asbestos pipe insulation. It was a very stressful situation for my family and tenants. Luckily we have Danny to walk us through the abatement process and assure it will be performed following abatement procedures required by the state.Danny called a day earlier to remind us the appointment and his crew showed up on-time the next day. He coordinated with a third party asbestos test company to conduct post abatement air quality test. Danvic removed 100 square feet of asbestos from basement furnace piping in the house we just bought. My wife and i feel so much better that that toxic stuff has been abated. I will use Danvic again to remediate the mold. Refinishing a basement that hasnt been utilized in approx 30 years, wont be an easy task but with Danvic making safe for remodeling it will get done right.
