Completely satisfied! I was provided an estimate for the work in a VERY timely manner. Educated me along the way. Once I gave my rep the go ahead they were able to do the installation (inside and outside units) a day earlier than originally anticipated. I wasn’t able to be home while it was being installed but trusted them 100%, plus everyone has cameras now anyway. They did an amazing job, respected my home as their own, would highly recommend.

On schedule, solid install and really liked the senior tech coming in behind the install to double check everything.

I called the emergency line because I saw steam coming out of our hearing unit and the blades werent rotating. We have only lived in the house for a few months. They called me back on a Saturday morning before 9am. Julian was so nice to explain the way the unit worked in detail and that it was okay to resume. I really appreciated the prompt service and explanation on a weekend! Thank you again!

We are very pleased with the excellent customer service we received from George & Co. We called them to see about pricing a new unit. They came out and measured and asked us a lot of questions, in order to provide an accurate estimate of our needs. They led us through all of the steps for purchasing and answered our many questions. (We wanted to get rid of our noisy inside unit and just have everything outside the home.) The techs came, took out our old unit , and installed the new unit all in the same day. They were very knowledgeable and professional and the end result is Amazing! We now have a new unit, which is working perfectly, and we are very thankful for the excellent service we received from George & Co.

Made an appointment with them late in the evening. They arrived on time. They even confirmed it and call again a few minutes before arriving. Very knowledgeable and worked quicked. Fixed the problem at a reasonable price!

Called them for an estimate for a new Trane system. They sent someone out. I had lots of questions. I voiced some concerns about things like where the old thermostat was how cold the house was etc. They gave no advice on how to improve on my concerns. He told me he would email me an estimate. I waited and waited. No one ever called to follow up. After two months I thought they forgot about me. I was cleaning my spam box out and the invoice had gone in there. The price was WAY more than I thought it would be. So I emailed explained that the invoice went into my spam box and wanted to find out how long the price was good for. Thought it would be good for 6 months, he emailed back said it would be 500 more!!!! WTH. Needles to say I went with someone else. They gave me advice on all my concerns. They added vents in every room and changed all the old vents to match the new vents and did it for almost 4000 cheaper then this scam company. STAY AWAY from them

I don’t trust them. I booked them to fix my AC after it stopped working. I ended up fixing the unit, but I couldn’t reach the AC tech before he arrived to my home. When he arrived I told him it’s fixed and he says, “well that makes my job easy” in a joking tone, and he left. Four days later I got a bill for $100 for their minimum service call. For $100 if at least expect a free tune up or inspection. Unbelievable

By far the worst AC company Ive ever had to deal with. Folks have been without AC for over 10 days now. Say they are coming a certain day and dont show up till 4-5 days later. When they do they didnt even fix it and claimed it was. It was 109 heat index yesterday and gonna be even hotter today. Theres no excuse for their actions. I would not do business with this sorry excuse of a company

My husband and I bought a trane from George & co many years ago, anytime that weve called with an issue they have been prompt, true to their word when they were coming and treated us like family! Its very hard to find companies in todays world that stands behind their product and makes it a priority to help someone right away but you can count on them when you call.

Our heater broke sunday evening and called we george and company at 7:30am the next morning. we had a trained service tech at our house that afternoon. Great people to work with.

Worst customer service ever, they confirmed that they received my work order on Friday and its 5 days later and still a no show no call, and we have a warranty on service with the company. Never will we use them again.

George & Company have provided HVAC and Electrical Service for my home in Kill Devil Hills NC for the past 25 years. I recently hired them to perform electrical work because of the excellent HVAC service over the years. Last year I had an HVAC problem after normal working hours and they drove from Elizabeth City NC to Kill Devil Hills NC on the same day because of my situation. Great people and Great Service!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I scheduled an appointment and a week later called to see where I was on the schedule and the lady put me on hold for a long time and when she came back on the line she wouldnt give me a chance to speak at all and then hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager and told him what happened and after trying to give me excuses and not being concerned with how a customer was being treated, I cancelled the appointment. I dont care how busy you are, you dont treat customers like that. I called another company and they will be here tomorrow.

I had them install a new dual fuel unit.Horrible serviceI had no ac from 8-30-17 to 9-6-17. I had to buy a window ac and fan.8-30-17 remove existing Working inside and outside units. Install outside unit. Shawn and Jacques8-31-17 open box for gas burner and blower, machine is heavily damaged looks like it was dropped. The box had been retaped9-5-17 arrived nice and early, but hooked 110 blower to a 220 breaker fried circuit board.Called in Julian9-6-17 another worker shows up, Shawn says theyll be doing black pipe for gas hook up.9-14-17 Dave shows up with 3 ft flexible hose. Its a little more than 6 feet from gas feed in attic to unit.9-18-17 my husband calls George and co., speaks with Chop re: gas hook up. Chop asks what do you need an estimate ? This is included in contract, new gas pipe.9-21-17 call again, my husband ends up doing black pipe.9-27-17 Dave returns , Barry & Dave hook up gas and fresh air pipe.I call Tim Chappell and ask how does it switch to gas heat at 40 degrees?He tells me turn on emergency heat. Which defeat purpose of dual fuel.I call Trane, they tell me there should be an outside sensor connected to thermostat . That when it gets below 40 degrees, heat pump shuts off, gas burner kicks in.10-25-17 George and co still has not called back.I would not recommend George and co
