I’ve plowed snow for this company 6 winters. Always has issues paying correctly for hourly work and does not follow rules of contract when performing work on contract.Higher ups in the company will regularly demand you break company policy to make their lives easier.The management that runs the company is truly incompetent at the highest levels

This is the most disorganized company or they just hire horrible route managers. I was told when I originally worked the last storm Feb 6-11 was told we would get paid the next week here we are the 27th still getting the run around from my route manager. If your a sub stay away. Called tovar got the run around transferring me to human resources only to be hung up on. My crew is owed over 1000 dollars. My patience is wearing thin I will be reporting to the bbb and will be reporting the route manager as well. I used my van put wear and tear on it will never work for this company as a sub again. Ive worked for other snow companies never ever had a problem getting paid. Very upset and disappointed! Also route manager changed pay rate at the last minute even tho used own vehicle and brought own buckets and shovels. Be very very careful if you choose to work for this company you may or may not get paid!Update: Tovar got in contact with me and we figured out that it was the route managers that I worked for lack of organization that led to no payment being received. They were very professional and courteous and helped me find a resolution. Also told me next season just to go through them which I usually would do except I had a baby in November and wasnt planning on doing a full season. In glad that they got in contact with me and will definitely go see them later this year. Hopefully I will get paid Friday and all will be right in the world.
