Great place to work I have been there 5 yrs and its been great

Horrible place and work life like as a hell! heavy Metal duty work, dusty and dark smoke are everywhere. Company do not provide Safety training and sexual harassment training at all. Nobody knows what is going to happen today and tomorrow for your life working there. Mexican and Mexican Staffing agency are controlling the plant. Mexican supervisors are not able to relied on as honest and truthful. I FEEL SORRY FOR WHOEVER WORKS FOR THIS PLACE!! MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE, THEY WORK EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE TO THE BONE AS IF THEY ARE SLAVES. THE HUMAN RESOURCE JOKE OF A HUMAN BEING IS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, NOT SMART ALL AND VERY UNCARING ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES AND THEIR NEEDS. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A SLAVE AND WORK LIKE AN ANIMAL FOR HOURS ON END WITH A LOUSY WORK ENVIRONMENT THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

Not wort working in this place pay is low, heavy job, dirty. In a area of the building all you breath is black smoke from the machines really bad for people in a very day work. Dont treat people acualy. Specially a hispanic female supervisor horrible person.

I would go back need to adjust the practice of giving raises even ten cents helps lol

Theyre funny acting towards you once youve been there for about a week an theres this one guy name Pete who watches you while you work which is very annoying an if they get mad at you they will make up lies an work against you to get you fired Vicki an Pete are the culprits.
