Your agency is the nicest looking and has the most helpful people. The others in town treat people like they are a nuisance. And your application process was very short compared to some I went to where I spent over an hour filling out paperwork only to never get a call. Other agencies should follow your example - you are definitely leaders in your industry.

They offer me a job I said I will take it, 15 minutes later they said it was canceled but if the job was available they were gonna call me at the end of the day. So I call in the end of the day and they said they fill out the position. This agency keeps calling me leaving me voicemails but Im done with these unorganized people.

Compass staffing agency seen my resume on Indeed and I was contacted by Rebecca to come in and fill out all the necessary documents. I did just that and my paperwork was forwarded to Debbie Bearden, who is the Executive Manager. I was given a interview with a company inwhich I took time out to get dressed up for it, and thought it went well. I was told to call Debbie after the interview inwhich was the first thing I did. Debbie told me she would call me to let me know the Status of the position, Debbie did not CALL ME, so I called her back. Debbie told me their client was not finished with interviews and she would call me back, once again Debbie did not call back, so I called to speak to Debbie in the morning inwhich she was not available, I was told by someone in her office Debbie would call me back as soon as she got in. Its been over a month and Debbie Bearden who is the Executive Manager has not called me back. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT COMPASS STAFFING ON 1835 LARKIN AVE IN ELGIN,,,,,,,THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR I. The only reason I gave it one star is because Rebecca was very nice.

Got me a job a local company right away. I really enjoyed there fast application process and friendly staff.
