My wife dropped her Apple S6 face first on the concrete. Needless to say it needed repair, the cracked screen was too hard to read. Stopped by our Batteries Plus for an estimate and lo and behold they could order a new screen for the next day. It was there and installed (with a new clear shield) all within an hour. Great service and great repair price. And you thought all they sold was batteries...WRONG!

Came in to replace my iphone battery .Made an online appointment to get the $10 discount. Only took about 30 minutes and saved me having to buy a new phone. Both workers i talked to were nice and got me along on my way. Very good service.

Went in to get my battery replaced on my iPhone. Took about 25 minutes and it worked again so everything was fine. But then I couldn’t call anyone because the speaker inside my phone got messed up from when he put the new battery in. Went back to the store and I spent over and hour and a half and the guy said he couldn’t fix it. And he replaced my screen and put a really crappy one on as a replacement. Now my Touch ID doesn’t work, I still can’t recieve or make phone calls, and the battery isn’t even fixed. Never come here. The experience I had was nothing short of pathetic and agonizing. The only reason I gave 1 Star is because. I couldn’t leave 0 stars as an option. NEVER come here. Go somewhere else.

This is stage second time I’ve used Batteries Plus to repair my iPhone. First time it was a broken screen. This time a simple battery replacement. I found the experience so much nicer than going to the Apple store. Apple will replace an iPhone battery for $29, but good luck getting an appointment within the next three months. Even then I’d have to drive to Schaumburg. With batteries plus, it’s no hassle. Make an appt the same day, drop it off and pick it up in a half an hour. I have found the staff to be both knowledgeable and courteous. It’s an all around good experience.

They were very helpful even after I messed up on the online scheduling. The reason it is only 4 stars is because the mobile website can be very confusing. In store, they were great! had the battery for an old iPhone 5 and had it replaced in a jiffy.

I have a Droid turbo 2 ,needed a new battery, Verizon could not replace it and recommend myself to go to batteries+bulbs to install it there.Hoffmans branch did not have one to match ,sent me to Elgin .Only thing is they didnt tell me that I had to leave the phone for two hours so they could fix it.A little bit of a incovience left the phone went back home,two hours later they called and the phone was ready to go.Hope this new battery works!!

I called to see if they could reattach my phone screen, which had come loose. They told me they dont usually do that kind of thing, they just replace them. Replace what? My phone? What kind of repairs do you allegedly do?

I went in for a new battery, however, the battery is still running down just as fast. Doesn’t seem like the battery is new.

My phone screen was fixed and back to looking brand new in about a hour.
