Buyer beware, theyre not reliable as a managed service provider. If we could rate them lower we would. Samaad (sp) is very condescending, feels that he knows everything and belittles team members when questions are asked. We waited 2 hours for a password reset...seriously? In addition, the manager Rose said to us that shes dangerous when it comes to IT however, when asked the difference between and IP address and MAC address she froze.
