We were nervous to switch to a new IT company, but AdNet has been a true partner with out company. Theyve helped us navigate through a lot of technical changes when Covid hit (sending everyone to work from home) as well as continually helped troubleshoot how we could save money on our phone system. We discovered adNET and decided to sign with them as our IT provider. Our company had more than doubled in size over the past few years and unfortunately we had outgrown our last IT provider and were in need of someone that was available to be hands on and get us to a good point. As we signed with them, we knew our servers were on their last leg, adNET was very concerned with making sure the data was backed up and that we did not lose anything with minimal downtime and came up with a plan and started to correct the issue before they were fully implemented to our team. We also had 15 computers that were in need up upgrades, the increased our internet speed by detecting a component that was preventing us from utilizing it to the full potential, and changed our VPN access to a more secure and manageable system. AdNET also helped disable the old computers so we could properly dispose of them securely. We have since switched over our phone service to be provided by adNET which they have been a huge help in this transition. AdNet has gone above and beyond to help us get everything in order and we could not be more pleased with our decision to have them join our team.
