Pretty convenient and easy to pay. I went with the basic quick wash to see how clean it would get the car. Honestly, pretty poor. Front end and back looked pretty unwashed. I had been using Extreme Clean on McLean but they just closed down. Never had a problem there. Kind disappointed.

I loved the guy who does the post wash towel dry. He was so detailed and extra careful. Overall the wash was pretty good.

Gate wouldnt open so I pushed help button. The screen said to honk horn. I honked my horn several times. No one came. In the meantime several cars go ahead of me in the other lanes and Im just sitting there with cars behind me. I finally had to get out if my car go get someone to come and fix the gate and did not get an apology or anything. Then when I went to vacuum the car the one vacuum hose was broken.🤦‍♀️

The soap was dirty. My car was more dirty then before. And the vacuum was working.

I wasnt impressed with any part of my visit.It started with the automated kiosk. The choices and packages were very poorly explained.I chose a package, and it wasnt until I was checking out that I saw an add on. Hand dry.You complete the wash and pull out of the wash. There were no clear instructions on where to go for the hand dry.They did an average job.The things that really irked me were that there was no package that included vacuuming, and, that someone from the staff was vacuuming the car next to me.Why couldnt I get that service?I wont go back unless I see some really amazing reviews about the place.

The basic wash is $3.99 and the vaccums are free. Not to mention, the vaccums have so much power that you wont waste any precious time cleaning out your car. What more could ya ask for from a car wash, am I right?

We use Fullers Car Wash in Elgin for all our company cars and personal cars. Have been a customer since they opened and have always had a great car wash experience. The staff is always super friendly. We use the monthly plan for unlimited washes. Super convenient and a great value. Highly recommend them!

My car was damaged while getting washed, driver side step was broken while going thru the car wash. Assistant saw it happening and give me a business card to call and report damages. I send several emails and made several phone calls and never got a single response from anyone. This is not the way to do business, I understand things happen but this is not the way to treat your customers. Stay away from this place.

I come here all the time after work. Richard and Jamie are very friendly, they make the experience so much better and easier. Highly recommend all my family to go to this specific location! Best in town.

On good days theres a huge line but it moves. 4 dollar basic wash which is awesome but extra for hand drying. Vacuums after the wash are free. Its a really nice wash for only 4 bucks and my go to. I would recommend bringing a drying shammy for when you pull into the vacuums for last minute dirt removal and you can dry without spotting.

Biggest ripoff! They do not do interiors any more.the paystation, which the sun was blinding me from reading, doesnt clearly state exterior only. Last time I was there it was 18.00 for interior and exterior. 18.00 for technicolor foam...

I was kind of disappointed that my free dealership car wash was just as good as their $18 wash, I even spend $4 more to have it hand toweled. I had to spend more money to make my car look nice and it looks like a normal wash.Friendly staff, but I was expecting better quality.

I would not recommend visiting this car wash. the gentleman who was guiding me in guided me in completely wrong made me hit their plastic barrier and cracked my rim cover. I would not trust them guiding you into this place. I left a message with the corporate office I will see how they handle this and I will update my review as needed

For 28 dollars they made the interior spotless. I try to keep it clean myself, but after a year in lockdown this car needed a good refresher. They did an excellent job.

My father took his New truck to this car wash today. When drying his truck he noticed severe damage in the top corner of his truck bed. He would have noticed this damage earlier as he removed the bed cover and cleaned the bed out before going to get the truck washed. When he pointed out the damage to the managers they said quit lying. He said Im not lying, I swear to God. They said dont bring God into this youre lying. Either the owner agrees to resolve this situation or our Attorney will be reaching out.

Came to this car wash and spent $15 on the top of the line wash. Going through the wash I kept hearing this scratching noise. I had a brand new windshield installed last week and I got to the end of car wash. I noticed these long hazy lines on the windshield. I figured it was just the wax protectant they use. Wiped off the wax and theres ingrained scratches all over the front of the windshield. No help or refund was offered.

WARNING!! If your vehicle rides low, do not go here. I was pulling my Mercedes in while the Manager (of all people) was lining me up into the car wash, or thats what he should have been doing. Instead hes having a full blown conversation with another employee, and barely watching my car. Just pointing me to enter. As I continue to drive in, my car bottoms out on the track and comes to a halt. I get out, look and under my car to check for damage. Fortunately there was none. I told the Manager that he needs to do his job better and pay more attention. He responded by telling my that its not his responsibility. Immediately, I called the car wash and left a message on their voice-mail, requesting a call back by the owner or his boss. This was on 8/5 @3:28pm. Still waiting for my call back! I cant tell you how the car wash was, but the customer service is terrible and they refuse to take responsibility for their actions.

After the machine broke the mirror from my truck I call few times to see how they are going to take care the repair, finally I got call from one of the owners he’s name is Jimmy. He said I need to get the part and he was going to get a person to install it, I got the part and I call several times and I j left few messages to schedule it on a been over 5 weeks and I never received a call from him. He’s not a man with a word. Jimmy shame on you

They have giant signs disclaiming anything that can happen to your car but the car wash tore my side mirror off. The manager pointed me to the giant sign, gave me a business card to a VM box at corporate which is never checked and walked away. I hoped to get a quick car wash but ended up with a $100.00 mirror replacement. That is the true cost of a cheap wash.

Ive never had a good car wash here. The machines seem to leave quite a bit of dirt and debris underneath and all around the tires. Management are ok about getting you another wash but who wants to go through the cycle 2 or 3 times. Parking lot layout is not ideal, and they dont really tell you where to go for hand dry towel

1st time there. My cars lowered and i asked the attendant b4 i went in if itll be ok. He seemed to not care much but said yes. I can hear and feel my car scraping along as i went in. Paid 18 for the best wash and there was still stuff on my car afterwards. If you have a lowered car dont go. Also buy the 3 dollar wash if you expect your car to be clean after.

I have only used it for full service and the least expensive $3.99 wash.The $3.99 wash is by far best wash you can get compared to $10+ washes in many other places. It even washed well on the back of my suv when another, similar wash, just left a giant smudge.The full service is the best you can get in this area. These men do a fabulous job. And if they miss something all you need to do is ask and they will fix it.I just wish they considered offering it again, despite the COVID. It can’t be too difficult. (To owner)-Just get your men some masks, eye googles, maybe even consider your full service customers singing a waiver (...if transmission is a concern), and let your employees make the money while making customers happy. The world needs to start moving again. So let’s get back to business!

I saw scratches on my trunk after a wash run. Even small spots were never cleaned. I did point it out to the manager who cared less. He gave me a business card after asking for one. Overall really not worth the money and worth the scratches on my car.

I have used this car wash about 8 times and have never been disappointed. The automated wash does a really good job of getting my Mustang clean! When I purchase the best wash, they vacuum the interior and trunk, wipe everything down inside and out, clean the windows inside, clean the floor mats and dress the tires. If you dont want all that you can go through the wash and vacuum yourself or just go through the wash. Always friendly, courteous and professional. I believe this is the best wash in South Elgin.

I love this place. New facility. Most professional empires you will ever encountered at a car wash. Extremely high end wash manifested by the powerful vacuums and dryers. They have a vending machine with basic wash items. Self serve vacuums are amazing. Most powerful Ive ever used. Cars do come out very clean.

Doesnt really clean that well and its pricey. I paid for the 15$ dollar wash + tire shine. I dont recommend it.

I bought the top package, in hopes of getting everything off and the car clean. instead, when I pulled in to the bays with the vacuums my car was still dirty!!! I could have done this at home, but I chose to come here because I heard it was good. dont waste your money

Its a decent wash. Payed the extra for towel dry today and tip the guy that dries and wipes it. Today a younger kid did it...fair job but usually when I tip at the end the wipe the window after I tip them. Somtimes they have me roll down all the Windows and they rewipe them. Then today I roll window down hand this kid a $5 for a tip I roll my now streaked window up and he just walks away...nice thanks for the minimalistic effort snowflake.

Come to this car wash regularly, but lately notice soap still on my truck afterward...seems the conveyor may have been sped up to process more cars per hour...*update* Have lost 2 antennas at this car wash. I have been thru many car washes, but this place seems to snap my antennas off with ease.....

I went to this car wash because I saw a lot of people come and go as I was in the drive through next door. I will never come back again! I will own up to the fact that I did not fold my mirrors in (I’m pretty sure the motor is done for), but I do not understand for the life of me the fact that they were so worried about me having my foot on the brake, and they couldn’t at least have the decency to tell me to fold my mirrors in! Also, the sign that tells you to fold your mirrors in is not in your line of sight! Especially if you are in an SUV like I was. They should really move it. For $18.00, they didn’t even do a good job. See the attached photos. There are still bugs on the front and the wheels look like they were never cleaned. Also, there is still bird poop on the door that was there earlier. To reiterate, don’t come to this car wash if you like your car. Go to one that actually has the common decency to tell you to fold your mirrors in! There are plenty of those out there. I would give this car wash a 0 star if I could!

Awesome! Now I dont know if I was just lucky the 5 times Ive been here, but each time, no waiting. The wash is great and you cant beat the FREE vacuum stations.Oh and look in those coupon packs that come in the mail...great discounts in there for Fullers!!...

Spur of the moment I decided to run my car through this new car wash. And I splurged and bought the top of the line wash. Reading other reviews here I guess I am lucky. No scratches that I saw. Car reasonably cleaned but not perfect. But are any car washes perfect? The vacuum stations are great. The suction power is extremely strong. Carpets and seats looked great. I will probably try them again in the future.

Had my car cleaned out today. I usually just get the cheap wash, but needed more attention today. They did a very thorough job. The staff was very friendly, accomodating and capable. Very satisfied.

Paid $32 for full service and waited 15 mins just to have them take other cars ahead of me. When I spoke to manager for refund he only gave me partial refund and now car is spotted so I will have to clean it again. Also, the $3 wash is $3.99 and a penny (total $4) goes to some charity. I would like to see if any $ goes to charity. The tire shine only gets 2 of the 4 tires as well. Poor customer service and wash. Will not return.

A bit more costly than other local car wash facilities...In addition, they dont have an air hose to dry off your vehicle that some other car washes have...The air hose at a car wash is a great tool to be able to use to keep your vehicle clean...The employees here are nice...

Easy and accessible

I own a Mini. I have never been in a more violent car wash in my life. Fullers car wash did over $3000 worth of damage to the back end of my Mini Cooper. The bumper was scraped from end to end, the tail light was broken, the bumper had a large triangular gouge out of it that ran all the way up my tail gate to the roof of my car, the back door was badly scratched and the wheel rims on the right side of my vehicle were chewed up. I have no after market parts on my one-year-old car that would cause their equipment to get caught up on the vehicle. When I showed them the damage immediately after coming out of the wash, I was only told to call Reily Fullers cell number. I called daily for weeks. He finally returned my call and said our car wash does not damage cars and hung up on me. I had to go through my insurance to get my car fixed. The Fullers even denied the claim from my insurance company. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH.

Normally decent service. Today signs were out for full service and the hours were posted 8-5 for full service. They refused to do full service. Disappointing.Edit: This businesses reply doesnt fix any of this. Really needed the service and was treated like I was an inconvenience for even asking for services, will not be back. Good luck.

This is a great car wash for a quick in-and-out. The only issue the last couple of times Ive been there is the fans for drawing or way too high they actually blow the wipers away from the window and you have to get out and put them back down before you can drive away.

Fullers Car Wash is the best car wash. The outside of the car was flawless, cleaned down to the narrowest crack and crevice, and completely dry. The backseat, which is usually more sand and dog hair than fabric, was actually fit for human to sit on.

Inexpensive and fast alternative to washing yourself. Sometimes they prep the rear of your car, sometimes they dont. The dryer at the end does not dry completely. Bring a drying towel if you dont want water marks.

On more then one occasion Ive been trying to get a wash between 8:30-8:40 and theyre already had the cones up blocking entry. I can understand if you dont want to do full service washes 30 minute prior to closing, but Im a monthly member and want to run my car through your automated wash. If youre posted closing time is 9...stay open till 9. If you only want to be open till 8:30, adjust your posted hours.Youve lost a customer.

I went in to wash my car this morning. There were bugs on the windshield and bird droppings on the hood. After the wash I pulled in to vacuum - and saw that the hood had not even been washed, and the bugs were still all over the windshield! I went in to get the guy in charge, who said that the brush to clean the hood was disabled by the sensor because the (standard equipment ) rails on the top of my Suburu Ascent were too high, so the middle of the car would not be cleaned. This seemed crazy since almost all SUVs and vans have rails like that on top these days. I asked him why they didn’t tell me that when they took my money and he just shrugged and said it was the sensor’s fault. I asked for a refund and he refused - he gave me a card with a phone number that no one answered when I called. He did offer to wash the car again but said it would come out just the same. What a racket. I reported them to my credit card company.

I did not have any problem with scratches; it is a new car wash with nice free vacuums at the end and it is set up so that people cant just come and vacuum their car for free without paying for a wash as often happens at these places. Only critique is that the dryer does not really get the back of the vehicle, so you have water spots on the back of your car after paying up to $12 for a car wash.Update 8/17: wash seems to be getting worse. $10 wash still left streaks, water spots, and bird poop on the car despite only having washed a week earlier. Not going here anymore.

Paid 32 for the full service. Went there with my son, so at the time they were cleaning my car we went for an ice cream. When we came back car was ready I opened the door to put my kid to the car seat, and I realize that they didnt vacuum there at all, the same situation in the trunk, no air freshener. Im never coming there back. Not happy with the service.

This is the new one on Randall road. I was told by the manager who was using the manual scrub brush that they wouldnt clean the bugs off the front of my pickup truck unless I purchased the most expensive wash they had. Wouldnt be so bad if they didnt do it for me in the past. Poor customer service!

This dealership broke part of my truck. I asked the tech before entering if my bug shield would be safe (the truck was 2 weeks old). He said it would be fine, and wouldn’t you know it the wash broke the big shield less than 2 min later. When I spoke with the attendant he suddenly didn’t have any answers and told me to talk to the owner. He called the owner who then became extremely hostile and aggressive on the phone because someone was “bothering him”.This car is part of a chain so I contacted the Fullers in Geneva. The owner is a family relative of the new fuller owner at this south Elgin location. He apologized for the poor customer service st this location, and even though he has no connection to this location, he replaced my bug guard! I highly recommend going to Fullers Car wash, IN GENEVA! I’ll never support this particular location again, not because they damaged my car, but because the way the owner treated me.

Went Fullers when they first opened ,the 3.00 wash was great. Went again today the 3.00 wash was terrible they dont give you any soap just spray water. Go to the one on McLean and rt 20 Extreme Car Wash they use soap !

Visited car wash on 12/16 at 12:38 shift 1a rude male, dark hair/dark framed glasses in a dark hoodie quite rude and rather insulting,,,,,second time this has happened. they fail to understand that when windows are up and the decibels of the background equipment, hearing may be problematicFurther, we have lost the concept of customer facing courtesies and decorum...this employee affirmed this...bur he will be retained as finding willing employees would be daunting

I went through fuller car wash in Elgin off Randall Rd and it broke my windshield went back around and told them what happened they said there was no mangers at this location that could do anything for me handed me a business card and told me that they would call me back no surprise to me they didn’t, after 3 days, 7 calls, and 3 voicemails still nothing but a broken windshield! And not even a call back

Took my full size newer truck through the wash. The spinning brushes do not allow for enough room and literally knocked off my side view mirror shroud. Had to pick up the pieces from inside the wash. Employees said why didnt I fold in my mirrors. Ive never had this problem at any other wash. Also isnt the good deal that Fullers used to be.

Pulled out our big black truck to finish drying it off. Still very dirty...Manager was nice and had us go through again.. the same wash. Wouldnt you give the best one to an unhappy customer? Regardless, the wash was terrible. ALSO..FOUND A TON OF SCRATCHES all over our $65k truck. Safe to say we will never return.

They sell unlimited wash packages but its a lie. I drive uber so bought.the monthly unlimited. You get one wash a day.As an.Uber driver I may need few cleans aday. They dint display this or tell you this. Tried to contact owner.no reply

Watch out they turn off the water entering the car wash wash your car dry!Went to your place in Elgin Twice the first time with my van and noticed that the water did not come on when entering the car wash so basically wash the car DrySecond time today 5/3/17 Again with my ford Edge did it again water came on half way threw the sprayers spoke with the guy there this morning was a rude Jerk !Never again will I go to that car wash if I could give you a Negative rating i would give it a -5 .

Dont use the Fullers car wash at 1180 S. Randall Road in Elgin!! This morning while getting my car washed my front license plate was damaged and they did NOTHING to fix the matter!!Now heres the detailed story. While in the car wash the car in front of me stopped. I heard a crunch sound. I couldnt tell for sure if my car hit the car in front me. It was too dark to see. 2 workers came over and looked at both cars. They stopped the machine and then restarted it. I finally could see the car in front of me when we got to the air dryer. From what I could see the car in front of me did not have damage. I thought maybe the crunch sound I heard eariler was maybe just the track so I didnt get the licence plate of the car in front of me. So I drove to the next station for the interior cleaning. I got out and checked my car. Front damage. License plate crunched. I immediately look for a manager. The car in front of me left. The manager said it wasnt there fault. The car in front of me hit his brakes in the car wash.They knew there was my damage to my car. 2 of their workers saw the whole thing. Why didnt they stop the car in front of me? They offered nothing to better the situation. The manager kept pushing me off on his employees who kept telling me they couldnt help me. Horrible customer service!!!!! I called the police. The officer watched the video surveillance and thinks hell be able to track down the other driver. It may be difficult because they have a specialty license plate. Not sure why that matters. The officer also said it might be the car wash track and not the other drivers fault.

Nice car wash but many times busy

If you decide to use this wash do yourself a favor and purchase the monthly pass for unlimited car washes. that in and of itself is a bargain because then you can run your car through the wash 2 or 3 times to get it clean.

Went to this car wash - last minute - they take the time to clean your car and they do it right. No towel marks on the windshield/windows, they vaccumed my car thoroughly. These guys are great, and I will be back for future car washes!

Carwash missed spots and left dirt steaks. Manager said that I didnt buy an expensive enough wash for Refund or rewash which is not written or posted anywhere.

Attendant was very nice, car wash was terrible, got the works wash for 18 dollars, tire shine had one dot of it and car was still dirty, called the number on the receipt and left a message so we’ll c if they call back
