We were cheated by another local business, who couldnt pass the strict inspection standards of our village. At the time we met Ray, only our framing was done; rough electrical and plumbing was passed - that too after 1.5 years, spending a few thousand dollars and failing 7 out of 10 inspections. We had an on-going law-suite on the old business. So, we wanted to complete the project but were skeptical.Ray waited patiently until we closed on the law-suite; he came in with his team and completed the project in 15-16 working days. He worked with us through the nitty-gritties of inspection, until the village passed the project.Ray is a sincere, religious and a family-oriented guy. He is very hands on involved in his projects; always available on calls and emails. He works with you. He picks up and delivers items where required. He comes in with his trusted team, who is very time-conscious, delivery-minded and clean up without supervision.Needless to say, we have a couple more projects lined up for him. We hired CRS Business Corporation for kitchen remodel. Ray gave us estimate of 3 weeks to complete, and OMG they completed the kitchen within 3 weeks despite adding few big items. Ray and his team arrived on time everyday even though it was during the holiday time (started the project on December 5th). I’m very impress with their detail/commitment of work. Firstly, I cant recommend CRS Business highly enough for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing. We recently used CRS Business to remodel the bathrooms, wood floor installation and painting whole house and have been delighted with the both the process and the results.Although I was pretty sure I wanted to use CRS based on a friends and family recommendation, I wanted to get bids from other renovation contractors for our remodel just to be thorough. When compared with the other bids, I was very impressed with Rays pricing and the level of detail outlined in his bid. Another big factor for me in choosing the right contractor was the lead time involved for the renovation. Most of the other contractors couldnt work within our time constraints- which was to have all of the remodeling completed in six weeks. We knew it would be tight but Ray absolutely pulled through for us.Both our bathroom and wood floor look amazing, and both are so much more functional than they were before. We were absolutely delighted (and surprised based on experience with other contractors) that the remodel stayed on schedule and within our budget. The remodel took the demolition of the bathrooms and put it all back together again with new plumbing, electrical. All the work performed throughout the remodel is of the highest standard and we enjoyed working with Ray. I also really appreciated how hard he worked towards keeping the remodel on schedule and WITHIN OUR BUDGET.Remodeling, or any kind of renovation, (whether big or small) can be very stressful- but having Ray as our contractor really helped alleviate the majority of our concerns and I will definitely be calling him for any future renovation needs we may have.

Crs remodeled our bathroom and did a fantastic job. The tile work is very high end at an affordable rate. This is the second bathroom they have done of ours and wouldnt hesitate to use or refer them in the future.

We had CRS (Ray) do several of our projects in our new home. Our latest project was creating a new stone fireplace in our family room that went up to the top of our catherdral ceilings. Additional work was done such as putting down hardwood flooring in two rooms that previously had carpet and installing a chandelier in the family room.
