I had a nail in my tire and i had originally gone to PepBoys to get it fixed but they told me i would have to leave it until noon. It was 9am. I did not have time for that. So i tried this shop. They told me it would be a 25 minute wait, but the man came out 10 minutes later. He goes out to my truck, takes my tire off, fixes the hole and puts it back on. I was on my way so fast and the price was great. I will be going back for all my other work.

First time Ive been back since new owners took over. Service was fast and professional.

I’m never going to come back here. They replaced the belt and the belt tensioner, what they put was a cheap belt part. Not even a week later I was driving on the highway and my car broke down because the belt ripped off i paid $$220 for the job and had to pay another extra $$200 for towing my car and my car to be fixed again. don’t waste your time and money in this place ...

I took my car here about two weeks and I was so happy with the service I got. A woman named Isabel helped me out and was able to figure out right away what was wrong with my car and was able to fix it quickly and at a great price!

I wouldnt even give this place a star. Called to see if we could get a front end alignment, rude on the phone. I was told first come, first serve. Cool, I get that. Head over to get it done. Mind you my husband is a mechanic and we had purchased new tires for the vehicle that were in the back of the truck. My husband explained that he needed was the new tires installed on the rims and an alignment done. He was told the only way to get the alignment is to purchase new tires from him. If not no alignment. Left and took the truck elsewhere. Person is very rude.

Ultra clean shop and very friendly people, they gave me a really good price on a wheel alignment for my truck, Im definitely coming back next time.

They put the wrong spark plugs in my Tacoma, which did NOT fix the problem of the misfires. When I took it to my trusted mechanic back home, he quickly realized their mistake, which was, they used the cheap brand of replacement spark plugs, instead of the OEM spark plugs clearly recommended in my manual.............. Also , what business these days has no website ?? . Well, they do have one, but their website is just one page of coupons...

My husband worked for the owner of this shop and the owner fired him because he refused to put a broken piece back to the vehicle and call it fixed. Also he didnt keep his word on what he said he was going to pay him. My husband saw how rude the owner is to customers. Really bad customer service and lies to customers about what their car needed he always recommended parts for cars that didnt even need fixing.

Looks run down, they close pretty early and wouldnt mail my key back after requesting it since I live an hour from here.Upon explaining what was wrong with my car and the state of it, they were good to work on it.After given a chance to look at it they told me verbatim what I told them initially but said this is why they couldnt work on it. It would have been nice to know before having to tow it for a second time to another shop.Issue dealt with: Broken ignition cylinder on 2010 VW Beatle.

Took my car here to get a serpentine belt installed. About 1 or 2 months later, my belt started squealing again. Which is normal because the belt expands once it gets broken in. So, I brought my car back to this place to get the belt tightened. The old man refused. Claimed the service wasnt entered into his computer at the time that I had the belt installed. But he did have the previous oil changes that I had done at his place. I took my car elsewhere and they tightened my belt free of charge. Moral of the story is: make sure the old man enters whatever work they did, into his computer. If he dosent do this, he will not honor your warranty.

I really used to like this place, but lately theyve been telling me they dont have the tools to diagnose my problems. The last time I brought my car to have a hose replaced, the CE light was lit when I returned to pick it up. I was told that it was due to a sensor having been unplugged, the code was cleared and I drove home - the next day, the engine was bucking and the CE light lit again, requiring a tow. The mechanic insisted that the problem was now low A/C levels, cleared the code, and said I wouldnt see any more problems if I didnt run the A/C. They suggested I drive it at least 60 miles to rebuild a code history (since they had cleared the codes!) before I should bring it to the Dealership. I have now driven for over 300 miles with no issues, despite attempting to reproduce engine issues, driving with the A/C on full blast, despite ambient temperatures in the 40s. I strongly suspect the mechanic to have tampered with my vehicle. More charitably, it is possible that a spark plug wire was loosened during installation of coolant hose, but no responsibility was taken when the mechanic inspected the car and possibly snugged the loose wire back to the plug? Either way, theyve lost my trust.
