Noticed that hi ask a friends to post a ovious and NOT credible feedbacks to clean his reputation , but check all unsatisfied customers with the similar NEGATIVE OPINIONS-TESTIMONIES.

The worst experience of my life !!!I was here a couple months ago getting a service for my vehicle which was excellent , since the lady at front desk and the technician Moises immaculate experience he adviced me that soon my vehicle gonna need brakes , hi give give me verbally the estimate , I was told him that I am need some time to save a money to fix that.Today is may 6th 2020 and finally stopped by to get my brakes done I am the lady at front of she remembered the conversation about the estimate that I was have a couple months ago and after review my account on the computer finally she find me , when I was asked for the price again I dude who was behind me started talking louder and obviously he was listened the conversation .he said we need your car info one more time and check on the computer because prices increased , I give him the info and he get back to me with a estimate $100 more than when I have . I told him that I just need the price for the labor because I have the parts and looks like his doesnt like it.He told me it is what it is and leave the office.The polite lady at front try to excuse him be PRETTY NICE on me as the first time and she offered me a small discount, so since I really need the work I told her that tomorrow is a good day to do it.I was checked my schedule and I have some therapy tomorrow due to that I call the shop again and ask the lady to if is a good idea to leave my car since today 5/6/20 and she said yes is a great idea also she mentioned me that methe car stay in the garage no outside which sounds great to me.When I stopped by to dropped off my car the same guy started to talking to me SUPPER RUDE and asked me do you have a problem and I said no why ? I is necessary to have a problem to talk to the lady at front , and he give me a attitude and says yes !! Can be !!! After that he ask me to move ask from the office supposedly for the pandemic thing after that one of the guys planned to take out a car and he yelling me saying move from there !!!! So I was decide to take my car and get out and looking for another place.No one can treat people as garbage for not reason I heard his name (CHARLIE -CARLOS) i think hes the owner because the lady at front also ask about other customer and he response her with bad attitude , this guy doesnt have any manners , no even education he need to take a course to how to run a business.Now with this pandemic the world need to help each others , the business are slow and in order to help economy to raise we need to be smart ,polite, compasive etc.I AM SORRY TO do this review extensive but thats the problem with this particular issues people stay quite and didnt anything.Conclusion : if you wanna be treated as GARBAGE and receive aggressive and horrible customer service this is the perfect place to be.I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR NO ONE.YOU MONEY HAVE THE SAME VALUE EVERYWHERE.

Dishonest, rude and expensive i won’t recomend this place, look for the willard st (technitian in the area) which is the opposite you gonna LOVE IT (next to tire shop) .Be aware Mobile one.

I went to get an oil change at a different auto repair shop, and it left me with my car in the shop for 4 days for an oil change and a tune up. When I finally picked up my car, I realized they put in regular oil vs full synthetic that is required for my car. I called mobile 1 express 15 min before they closed, and they told me to just come on over. They were wonderful, they changed my oil in about 15 min while cleaning up my windows and vacuuming my car. They saved the day with exceptional customer care. Funny enough my boyfriend recommended this place before...and I should have came here in the 1st place. Thank you!

Extremely deceptive advertising. If you go on their website, click the option that says printable coupons. It says very clearly free wiper blades with ANY oil change service. Check the prices of their oil change service its 36 for the regular stuff. I told her this was the oil I wanted, I was going to pay up front to see what it would cost, she said we wait until its done in case I changed my mind(obviously she didnt want to tell me what the total would be) Turns out if you choose to get the free wiper blades the oil change is automatically changed to 42 dollars which they try to claim is taxes. Final damage was 44 dollars after tax of 8.25%...for an oil change. Wipers are not really free and no where in their website does it say that the oil change is 42 dollars with the wiper blades. I showed her their own online advertisement and she showed me a black and white paper cutout from some newspaper that could have been old for all I know, completely ignoring what they were advertising online. Most places will honor their own posted ads, not this place. Do not come here, they do not honor their own advertisements. Its a lie to get you to come in

I called because my oil cap chipped and it was slightly leaking oil. I needed an emergency oil change, and for someone to look at my oil cap. They immediately told me to come in and they will take a look at it with no hesitation. They were competent, caring, and professional. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. The whole team was amazing and I will not go anywhere else for an oil change or service ever again. 😄 Thank you again!

Charlie and company will take care of you here. They went out of their way to order a new screw for my oil pan after a mechanic at Jiffy Lube essentially destroyed it. They saved me the hassle of having to purchase and install a new oil pan. They are honest, respectful, and professional. I strongly recommend Mobil 1 Lube Express.

Worst Experience EVER.- 0⭐s

I brought my car in for a repair and I got it done at a different professional place for 1,999$. Mobil wanted to charge me 8,000$. And not only that, when I went in to repair another thing, they charged me 450$ for taping a cable together. They wouldnt refund anything. And that wasnt what was wrong with the car anyway. They fixed something that didnt need to be fixed.

Friendly and quite knowledgeable about all types of vehicles. Will definitely be back for future oil changes and any repairs.

I spent some time at this location due to business (unrelated to oil changes). I was speaking with Madeline or Magdeline, honestly, whatever her name is. We conducted business in English but im Puertorican and understand, speak, and write Spanish very well (Just to put into perspective, I was a Spanish Linguist for the military in TX and provided translating services to the DEA in southern IL) Anyways, I was listening to what they were telling their customers in Spanish and I was so shocked. Straight up misleading and over-charging for services, they say are a must, but are not needed. They charged a man over $100 just to tell him he had warning lights. (Who doesnt know they have warning lights flashing them in the face ?? Then they wanted to charge another $80 just to diagnose what the problem is (Im confused, what was the first $100 for? To point out the obvious??)Bottom line, you cant trust a place thats going to nickel and dime you, theres absolutely no honesty or trustworthy in a business that nickels and dimes their customer.

This place will break something on your car so they can fix it.If you like a big bill for minor work this is the place.Had to take my car to dealer after oil change.My engine light came on an oil all over my engine from there work.Had to have my engine cleaned by chevy dealer.This the spot if you want big bill an more car problems.

To start some of my worst experiences according to the neck I should have a good warm customer service was the worst among the worst and I am talking about the man (CHARLIE)They have to know that the promotions are false, it is not true that they raise the prices to give you promotions.How is it possible that for an oil change they charge $ 125 when the dealer that is considered expensive only charge no more than $ 75.On the other hand he is. Charlie is a rude, uneducated and mannered gentleman treats customers with screams and like hes doing them a favor.Very bad treatment.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR CAREERS AND RUDES.One only demands respect first of all for being careful with those kinds of people who only think about money and not about giving good service and quality.

They are rats !!! I tried to fix my car by changing the rear brake lines but I damaged a cylinder, I went to that workshop to help me, I told him what I had done and the man said dont worry I change everything $ 200 for each line they will be $ 400 maybe a little more said. Then he called me, it was going to be $ 540, he told me because a cylinder was damaged. I told you that was what I told you, but you said that you are going to change everything and not ... I only fix what was damaged and I do not change everything to the front as we had agreed, they are rare they do a minimum job and they want to charge as if They will change your engine. I do not recommend it in the least ...
