Those two ladies were nice and patient with me. Different from my past experiences in other locations.

This place was extremely busy lots of people in and out open boxes

Karen was very helpful however the other lady was not, Karen actually had to step in because the other lady would not help. Thanks Karen for being a great worker.

My sister and I went to go drop off packages from our business and a lot of our packages had wine glass in them. The worker named Karen proceeded to be super reckless and drop them behind the wall knowing they had glass in them, we even wrote fragile all over the boxes. To ship a large but light box was 50 dollars. I honestly feel like she was scamming us so she can keep the money for herself.

I cannot believe how friendly, professional and efficient this post office is regardless of when you venture in... The employees are more than helpful. Each employee is so kind and greets every customer with an inviting smile. Despite the small location, the line(s) always move quickly due to the hard-working, dedicated USPS workers. These individuals go above and beyond. Each package and/or piece of mail is always handled with the utmost care and respect.

Better off driving your mail where it needs to go than dealing with the employees here

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!This use to be one of the best post offices NOT anymore stay away from this place!Even before the pandemic my packages & mail would disappear! I sent a 2 day priority evevelpoe 2 weeks ago my clients still havent received it. And when you call to complain they blame it on NYs end! My brother still hasnt received his fathers day card from 5 years ago SMH! I have no problems with any other post office but this one! Lesson learned never again!!!

Chose THIS USPS location after moving here from Texas and GLAD that I did ! GREAT people that work there, very willing to go the extra mile to help their customers every time that Ive been there, which is usually once or twice a day when bringing my eBay packages in to ship. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to ALL. ;)

I like this post office. I say 4 stars, because its very small as is typical of a 70s 80s smaller town post office, Ive seen almost exact replicas of similar era, but I mean if you really stop to think about the fact that youve got a gaggle of people in there that move like molasses combined with having to handle items too big for the PO box (which, FYI if you dont know the 34680 zip is reserved for them) - then really you understand why its slow. But I mean after all that Ive never had issues with the staff at all.

I have been a few times and everyone was always very nice. It was never too busy either.

The few times that Ive been here I have witnesses the people working here have been down right aggressive and rude to customers.I stopped by yesterday to mail a package and in my time there I witnessed:1. customer brought a stack of mail that belonged to someone else but was delivered to her home.Employee: What do you expect me to do with it? We dont have delivery men. Go to the downtown location.Customer: oh, well, cant you take the mail?Employee: *sigh* Fine. But I just told you we dont deliver to you, so this isnt our problem. Go to the downtown locationCustomer:Okay.... where is that?Employee: *eye roll* That way (She then literally points to the right like this women is supposed to magically know where this other location is)2. Customer packages up box in line while waiting.Employee #2: What am I supposed to do with this?Customer: uhhh mail it?Employee: Theres no label, what do you expect me to do with it?Customer: oh! oops! (customer fills out address sticker)Employee: (Employee then tries to snatch it out of the customers hand, it was weird)3. Third customer was a super sweet elderly man I chatted with in line. The employee that helped him was not patient, understanding, or kind to him. It was frustrating and blood boiling to listen to this miserable women cop an attitude with him.While all this was happening a few people walked in and dropped packages off on the counter and left. I can only assume they are regulars because they were the only ones who got a smile from these miserable women working here.So I guess if your into hanging out at the post office on a daily basis youll get friendly service. Everyone else will be treated as a pain in their ass. I think Ill stick with FedEx or UPS from now on.

Always a 20 or 30 minutes line. Only 1 person works there it seems.

Awful attitudes from the workers. They have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and this is the reason why people hate the postal office.

To the lady that was working there on Christmas eve wow Ive never met someone more rude there in my life!! She gave me a very hard time tacking my package had to go back and she put Small piece of tape on my shipping label I sure hope the company gets my package because if not someone will file all kind of complaints.

Horrible customer service. She wanted to charge me a dollar more to ship a package 15 miles than it cost to ship the exact same package 4000 miles two day previously. When I asked why, she blew me off. I snatched my package back and turned to leave but right away remembered to pay for the other item I had. Then, she made fun of me! Customer service is huge; I have options in shipping, and I wont be returning to this post office!

The blolnde hair manager is the definition of trailer trash, her mouth and attitude prove it. Disappointing because the employees here are all great. I feel sorry for them having to report to such an uneducated, trashy woman. Pasco county for ya..

Wouldn’t have given any stars if possible. Staff and post master Mary Koenig were really rude. I went in with a package that got sent back on its way overseas to my husband who is deployed. I called usps because I wasn’t sure why. They told me it was because shaving cream was considered combustible. Ok I understand. I told them I didn’t even think about it at the time, and that I was just trying to send my husband the essentials and forgot that I had put it in there. The lady on the phone told me to go back to the post office with my case number and that my package would get resent with no charge. So I went back in and explained my situation and the manager and worker were both rude about it, speaking to me like I was dumb, and questioning me about my phone call as if I was lying. The told me there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me. WOW. So I asked if I called USPS again and came back would they be able to sort things out. The post master’s very rudely toned response was “sure, when they call I will be sure to explain to them our hazmat procedures.” Extremely rude staff. Will never go back. And I will continue to tell people about my experience. Honestly a shame. Was just trying to send my DEPLOYED husband a care package. I see where they stand.

Worst USPS location for the area. I usually send merchandise in flat rate boxes with pre-paid labels. They never scan any of the boxes after I drop them off at this location. I tried to get the already annoyed lady behind the counter to scan one of my prepaid boxes one time by kindly asking her for a receipt for it. Big mistake... I got lectured and talked down to as if I was a child and had never shipped a single thing in my life before. If you hate your job so much go do something else instead of taking it out on customers.

Small post office but the staff is friendly and Ive never had a problem shipping a package. Ive never had a long wait and the employees always suggest delivery options to suit my needs.

Bad Phone Service For God sakes why do they even have a phone if there not gonna Answer. I guess the Post office it self isnt to bad I usually get my Stuff on time. But very Bad Phone Service.

Close this waste of space. We need a Wawa more than these idiots. I came in at 4:22, they screwed around for 5 minutes, took another 8 minutes to serve the person there before me and said oh were closed its 4:35 when it was my turn. Usual government incompetence.

On 6/26/17 I went to this P.O. to return something I had ordered. I realized from an email that what I ordered was the wrong size. Well, the woman behind the counter didnt know how to smile. I asked her if she would return it. She looked at it as though I had put a dead animal in front of her. She said to write refused which I did. She then proceeded to tell me if I had another package to return I should give it to my mailman. I live in a subdivision where we dont have individual mailboxes, but one that has several individual cubicles. The mailman has to leave packages at my door due to the size. I obviously an not going to just leave it on top of this box which isnt even in front of my house. I guess it was too much work. She was working in the second to the left counter. People like her give postal workers a bad rap. I used to be one myself and never made anyone feel like I did today.

Friendly staff and Im always in and out. Has an automated machine also.

My packages are always a day late..my trackers sais delivered yet no package.

5 minutes their phone rag and rang and rang only to say it was a wireless number....

I go in their daily most of the time I try to use the automated service just to avoid both the ladies at the counter they make it a point to say something rude to me every time I go into the place and when one starts the other one Chimes right in two help her out and maliciously try to charge me more 4 mailing packages
